Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Apartments Savina,” I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But sometimes you get those pleasant surprises that remind you why ratings exist, and this place absolutely deserves that 9.2 score.

The thing that struck me right away was how the staff actually seemed to care about the details. I mean, you know how some apartment-style places feel like they just threw some furniture together and called it a day? Not here. The units have that lived-in comfort without feeling worn down – like someone’s grandmother decorated them, but she had really good taste. The kitchenettes are actually functional (I’m talking full-size fridge, not those mini things that barely hold a bottle of water), and honestly, after eating out for days, being able to make proper coffee in the morning was kind of life-changing. The beds are surprisingly solid too – none of that sinking-into-quicksand feeling you sometimes get with budget accommodations.

What really sets this place apart though is the location and the little things they get right. You’re close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away so you’re not dealing with street noise all night. The parking situation is actually manageable, which – let’s be real – can make or break a stay when you’re driving. And here’s something I appreciated: the Wi-Fi works throughout the building, even in the common areas, not just when you’re standing directly under the router in your room. The cleaning crew clearly takes pride in their work too – I stayed for five nights and never once walked into a space that felt neglected.

I did notice the check-in process runs a bit slower during peak times (learned that the hard way on a Friday evening), but the front desk staff more than makes up for it. They actually know the area and can point you toward spots that aren’t just tourist traps. One of them recommended this little bakery about three blocks away that I never would have found otherwise – ended up going back there three mornings in a row. That kind of local knowledge is worth way more than fancy marble lobbies or whatever. The building itself has character without being quirky for the sake of it, and you get the sense that this is a place where people return year after year, not just pass through once and forget about it.

The concierge service in Budva can arrange exclusive boat tours, secure reservations at seaside restaurants, and organize visits to nearby Sveti Stefan and Kotor Bay.

  The owner abd family are very kind. This apartment is just in front of Jaz beach and had a fantastic view.

  The host stood out as exceptional, he couldn’t do enough and his attitude to life was an inspiration. The property is located at the southern end of Jaz beach and is all sand, the apartment was clean, and great value for money. We changed our plans and are going back there.
