The furnishings aren’t trying to be Instagram-perfect, they’re just comfortable and functional in that European way where everything serves a purpose. And honestly? After a long day of exploring, that oversized sofa becomes your best friend.

What really won me over was the attention to details that most places completely overlook. The soundproofing is actually decent – I could barely hear my neighbors, which is saying something because the family next door had two young kids. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward, none of that “let me explain seventeen amenities you’ll never use” routine. The staff seems to get that most people just want their key and maybe a restaurant recommendation. Speaking of which, they know the neighborhood – not just the touristy spots, but where locals actually grab dinner on a Tuesday night. The wifi actually works consistently (I was working remotely for part of my stay), and there’s enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. Look, I’ve stayed in places that cost twice as much and delivered half the comfort. This isn’t about luxury in the marble-countertops sense, it’s about that rare combination of space, quiet, and genuine functionality that makes you feel settled rather than just temporarily housed. If you’re the type who values substance over flash – and especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two – Apartments SIM gets the fundamentals so right that you’ll wonder why more places don’t follow this approach.

  The apartment has everything, kitchen is well equiped. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds. Air conditioning works also very well. Parking is safe and good.
  
  What could be improved: It would be better not to take passports for one whole day, we needed them next day to drive but had to wait till 11. You could maybe just take a picture?

  Everything was as expected. Hosts were kind and polite, the room was clean. The apartment is located in a quite street, there is a big parking lot. It's a great place to stay in Budva 🙂

  Nice location as its close to the beach but not in the middle of all the noise. We used it as a point to drive away from Budva to make trips. Tidy room and bathroom

  Good location (15 min to the beach, 30 min to the old town). Neighborhood was a bit noisy in the evening but still ok. Kitchen is semi-outside on the balcony (quite wet during rain).

  Понравилось абсолютно всё. Чистота, комфорт, тишина, отличный балкон, чтобы посидеть вечерком, приветливые хозяева, удобное расположение. Если что-то и можно добавить, так это держатель для душа, чтобы не держать его рукой, а в остальном всё отлично. Думаю, что когда снова приеду в Будву, снова остановлюсь здесь)
