Free parking in Budva during summer season is basically like finding gold, so that was already a win in my book.

Here’s the thing about SIM’s location — it’s one of those spots that looks unremarkable on a map but proves brilliant in practice. You’re close enough to Budva’s Old Town that you can walk there in about ten minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the chaos of drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. I mean, couples rate this location 8.8 out of 10, and honestly, I get it. You can grab breakfast, head to the beach, explore the medieval walls, then come back to actual peace and quiet.

The Apartment Experience

The apartment itself surprised me — it’s bigger than you’d expect and feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. The kitchen is properly equipped, which saved me a fortune since eating out in Budva every meal gets expensive fast. I actually ended up cooking breakfast most mornings and picking up fresh produce from the local market. The whole setup just works better than cramming into a standard hotel room, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights.

  Понравилось абсолютно всё. Чистота, комфорт, тишина, отличный балкон, чтобы посидеть вечерком, приветливые хозяева, удобное расположение. Если что-то и можно добавить, так это держатель для душа, чтобы не держать его рукой, а в остальном всё отлично. Думаю, что когда снова приеду в Будву, снова остановлюсь здесь)

  The apartment has everything, kitchen is well equiped. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds. Air conditioning works also very well. Parking is safe and good.
  
  What could be improved: It would be better not to take passports for one whole day, we needed them next day to drive but had to wait till 11. You could maybe just take a picture?

  Good location (15 min to the beach, 30 min to the old town). Neighborhood was a bit noisy in the evening but still ok. Kitchen is semi-outside on the balcony (quite wet during rain).
