You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Apartments Zvicer – Milica. The name’s a bit of a mouthful, honestly, and three stars usually means “decent but nothing fancy.” But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible.

First off, Milica (who I’m guessing is the owner) clearly gives a damn about this place. The apartments are clean – like, properly clean, not just “we changed the sheets” clean. Everything feels well-maintained without being sterile, if that makes sense. I mean, it’s not boutique hotel fancy, but it’s got this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than some corporate chain. The 8.5 rating starts making sense pretty quickly when you realize it’s those little touches that count – fresh towels that actually smell good, decent water pressure (seriously, why is this so rare?), and furniture that doesn’t wobble when you set your coffee down.

What really won me over was how quiet it gets at night. I’m someone who usually packs earplugs because you never know what you’re going to get with apartment-style accommodations – thin walls, street noise, neighbors who think 2 AM is prime conversation time. But honestly, I slept better here than I have in some supposedly fancier places. The building seems solid, and maybe it’s just good luck with fellow guests, but the vibe is pretty chill. During the day there’s normal city life happening around you, but it’s not overwhelming – just enough to remind you that you’re somewhere real, not tucked away in some tourist bubble. I actually found myself looking forward to coming back after long days of wandering around, which is usually my test for whether a place works. The kitchen setup is practical too, nothing gourmet but everything you need if you want to grab groceries and make breakfast instead of hunting for cafes every morning. And let’s be real, sometimes you just want to make your own coffee the way you like it, you know?

  I really enjoyed my stay at Milica's apartment. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Budva, but within walking distance from the beach and the old town. It's also conveniently located close to the bus station. My apartment had a big balcony, which was wonderful in the early morning and evening. The apartment was simply furnished, with everything needed for a 1-month stay.
  
  What could be improved: The wifi connection was sometimes unstable. It's probably ok for occasional use, but I used it for work and had some difficulties.

  Everything was great, hosts were very helpful, apartment was super clean and well equipped, like real hotel, the bathroom was spotless and new, great view from the balcony. I recommend staying in this apartment.

  I really enjoyed my stay! The hosts are absolutely lovely. Nice and clean apartment, very comfy bed, great balcony with a beautiful view over the mountain tops. The district is quiet and peaceful tho close to the centre as well as the bus station and it's got a big supermarket just 3 minutes walk away which is very convenient.

  Everything was wonderful. Sparkling clean huge for the price room, with a wonderful mountains view.Situated on a quiet street some 10 minutes of relaxed walking from the bus station. A supermarket is at close reach 5 minutes and a staircase. Mostly stable internet connection, and clean towel every day save sundays, what else one may need.
  
  What could be improved: Only thing: i had to compare the buildings on the street with the booking pictures to find the right one; For whatever reason they didn't give the number on Booking

  Апартаменты очень комфортные. Было чисто, хозева во всем шли на встречу. Милица всегда была на связи, спрашивала, комфортно ли мне. Если буду в Будве ещё, обязательно тут остановлюсь.
