Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to App Przno, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes these smaller properties surprise you, and this one actually did. The whole setup feels more like staying at someone’s well-maintained family place than a typical hotel, which honestly works in its favor.

What really got me was the location – and I mean this in the best way possible. Przno is this tiny fishing village that most people zoom past on their way to Budva, but that’s exactly why it’s perfect. You’re literally a 5-minute walk from Przno Beach, which is this gorgeous little cove that doesn’t get absolutely mobbed like the main Budva beaches do. The locals still use it for their morning swims, and there’s something pretty authentic about watching the fishermen head out while you’re having your coffee. The Queen’s Beach (that’s what they call Kraljicina Plaza) is right there too – it’s where all the luxury resorts are, but you can just walk over and use the same stunning coastline without paying resort prices.

The rooms themselves are… well, they’re what you’d expect for a 3-star, but they’re clean and the AC works (crucial in summer, trust me). I actually appreciated that they didn’t try to be something they’re not – no fancy marble or pretentious decor, just comfortable beds and everything you need. The wifi was solid, which matters if you’re trying to upload all those Montenegro coastal photos. Parking was easy too, which is more than I can say for most places along this coast. One thing though – if you’re a light sleeper, maybe ask for a room away from the main road. It’s not terrible, but you’ll get the occasional car heading to Budva in the early morning.

What really sells this place is how the staff actually seems to care about whether you have a good time. They’re not just going through the motions – they’ll tell you when the best time to hit Sveti Stefan is (early morning, before the tour buses), or where to get the freshest fish in the village. The whole vibe feels more personal, probably because it’s family-run and they’ve been doing this for years. Plus, the 8.0 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re paying versus what you get – it’s honest value, not luxury, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want.

  Apartman se nalazi u novoj zgradi na mirnoj lokaciji. Domaćini su vrlo ljubazni i saradljivi. Raspored prostorija je odličan. Najlepše plaže na ovom delu obale su ujedno i najbliže na svega 15-20 minuta hoda. Odmor je bio jako lep i planiramo da opet dođemo ovde.

  What could be improved: Mais nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes : Attente d'une heure le jour de notre arrivée malgré nos appels incessants, bruit permanent dans les canalisations, pas de papier toilettes, pas de torchons, éclairage de la terrasse HS, nombreux moucherons d'égouts dans la salle de bain.
