But Appart 8 actually surprised me in the best way possible. The whole building feels brand new, and I mean genuinely new, not that fake renovated vibe you get sometimes. Everything in the apartment works properly (you know how rare that is), from the sleek kitchen appliances to the shower that actually has decent water pressure.

What really got me was how thoughtfully equipped this place is. I’m talking about having actual wine glasses, not just plastic cups, a proper coffee maker that doesn’t taste like burnt water, and enough towels that you’re not doing laundry every other day. The owners clearly put some thought into what travelers actually need rather than just throwing in the cheapest furniture they could find. The location on Topliški Put works really well too – it’s tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the chaos of central Budva’s party scene, but you can still walk to the old town in about fifteen minutes. There’s a little grocery store maybe two blocks down where the owner speaks decent English, which honestly saved me multiple times.

Here’s the thing though – and this is where it gets interesting – you’re getting all this at a 3-star price point, but the experience feels more premium than that. I mean, I’ve stayed in supposed 4-star places along the Adriatic that didn’t have half the attention to detail this apartment has. The balcony catches the morning sun perfectly (great for coffee), and evenings are surprisingly quiet despite being in a growing area of town. Parking was straightforward, which anyone who’s driven in Montenegro will tell you is basically a miracle. The whole check-in process was smooth too – no standing around for an hour while they “find your reservation.” My only minor complaint? The WiFi gets a bit spotty during peak evening hours when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for this part of Europe. If you’re looking for a place in Budva where you can actually relax without breaking the bank or dealing with tourist trap nonsense, this apartment hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Апартаменты абсолютно новые, очень уютные, в новом многоквартирном доме. Фотографии квартиры полностью соответствуют реальности. Мебель, бытовая техника, посуда – новые, что очень приятно. Хозяин апартаментов – добрый, приятный, отзывчивый человек, который внимательно и быстро реагировал на наши вопросы и пожелания. Имеется место для парковки автомобиля в гараже на первом уровне многоквартирного дома, что очень удобно для туристов на автомобиле. Я рекомендую данные апартаменты для проживания.
