You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment you walk into Atina apartment, you’re hit with this incredible natural light that just floods the entire space. I mean, Budva can get pretty intense during summer, but somehow the way this apartment is positioned – and honestly, I think it’s the oversized windows – makes everything feel bright without being harsh.

The location is actually perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without dealing with the absolute chaos of the main tourist strips. You’re literally in the city center, so you can stumble to those late-night seafood spots along Slovenska Obala in about three minutes, but you’re just tucked away enough that you won’t hear every drunk British tourist singing at 2 AM. And here’s the thing that sold me – they’ve got dedicated parking. I know that sounds boring, but if you’ve ever tried to park in Budva during July… well, you’d understand why I’m making a big deal about this. Most places just wave their hands vaguely and say “good luck finding a spot somewhere.”

The apartment itself feels genuinely luxurious, not in that fake marble-everywhere way, but more like someone actually thought about how you’d want to live there. The kitchen is properly equipped (I actually cooked breakfast a few mornings instead of paying hotel prices), and the bathroom has this rainfall shower that – I’m not even exaggerating – made me consider extending my stay just for the morning routine. The whole place has this modern, clean aesthetic that photographs beautifully if you’re into that sort of thing, but more importantly, it just feels comfortable. You can spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, which is rare for city center accommodations.

What really impressed me though is how the owners clearly know what travelers actually need. There’s decent WiFi throughout (I was working remotely some days), blackout curtains that actually block light, and the AC works properly – which trust me, matters when Budva hits those 35-degree days. The 9.6 rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense; people genuinely love staying here because it hits that sweet spot between location, comfort, and value. It’s got the three-star classification, but honestly feels more upscale than some four-star places I’ve stayed at along the coast. If you’re planning to explore the Old Town daily, hit the beaches, but still want a proper base that feels like home – this is your spot.

  We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the old town and surrounded by great restaurants. It was also easy to drive to nearby cities, making it a great base for exploring the area. Our host was incredibly responsive, always quick to reply to messages, and even arranged parking for us on short notice. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting!

  Loved everything about this property. It matched the photos. In fact, it was much better than I had hoped. Marina was fantastic, as was the cleaner who was at the property when we arrived and let us drop our bags off. Great location, no horrible surprises….in fact only lovely surprises such as how well equipped it is and everything is easy to use. Everything works and it is very clean. I would whole-heartedly recommend this great-value apartment to anyone considering a trip to Budva. Thank you Marina.

  Comfortable apartments with everything you need. Two air conditioners in the rooms. Great location – grocery stores, market, pharmacy, beach, old town and bus station nearby. The hostess is very responsive and responded quickly to all questions. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. There were three of us, quite comfortable.

  Апартаменты в новом доме с современным дизайном. Полностью оборудована кухня. Большой выбор посуды. Есть все возможности для приготовления еды включая некоторые и продукты (кофе, масло, крупы ….). Огромный телевизор с бесчисленным набором каналов на любой вкус
