I spent a fair bit of time in their lounge area working on my laptop, and the WiFi actually held up (fast enough for video calls, if that matters to you). The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and they’ve got this knack for timing – I never felt rushed but everything was always ready when it should be. I noticed they pay attention to little things too, like the coffee in the lobby is actually good coffee, not that generic hotel stuff that tastes like burnt water. During my stay, I overheard other guests talking about how helpful the concierge was with dinner reservations, and from what I could tell, they weren’t just steering people toward tourist traps either. The whole place has this understated confidence – they know they’re good at what they do, so they don’t need to oversell it. With a 9.1 rating, they’re clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I get it. It’s the kind of place where you’d happily return, not because it blew your mind with flashy amenities, but because it just works really well on every level that actually matters when you’re traveling.
