But walking into this place, I mean, wow. The 9.7 rating actually makes sense once you’re standing there looking out at the water through those floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s one of those spots where the photos somehow don’t quite capture how the light bounces off the ocean in the morning.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel setup, which I really appreciated. There’s this lived-in luxury vibe – high-end finishes but nothing so precious you’re afraid to put your feet up on the couch. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just the basic stuff most places throw in as an afterthought. I ended up cooking breakfast most mornings because honestly, why wouldn’t you when you can eat it watching the waves? The bed situation is solid – I’m pretty picky about mattresses and slept really well. Plus the AC works properly, which sounds obvious but you’d be surprised how many beachfront places get that wrong.
What really sets this place apart though is the location and how quiet it manages to be despite being right on the beach. I was worried about noise (learned that lesson the hard way in Miami once), but the soundproofing is excellent – you get the ocean sounds without the late-night party crowds. The building itself seems well-maintained, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward. There’s decent parking too, which became important when we decided to explore the area. The whole setup just works in a way that lets you actually relax instead of dealing with a bunch of little annoyances that can really mess with your vacation mood. It’s definitely pricier than some options, but sometimes you get what you pay for, and this is one of those times where the splurge feels worth it.

What Our Guests Say
I was in Montenegro on a short business trip and decided to stay again in this beautiful apartment. Besides being great for vacation, this place is also suitable for work - the dining table is big enough for both work and eating, the chairs are comfortable, the WiFi is very good, the lighting is suitable for video-calls. I used work breaks for quick walks on the beach, and went swimming after work - the beach is literally below the apartment. The beds are comfortable, and the place is well furnished and clean. The big terrace right above the beach is the best part - it has panoramic view over the entire bay, with great sunsets; it is on the 5th floor and high enough to offer peace and privacy.
What could be improved: There were some cleaning and upgrade works in the common areas of the building, but it was quiet and did not bother me at all.
Excellent apartments. A huge balcony with a magnificent view. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary. Great location. Wonderful hosts. Met all our expectations. Thank you for the warm welcome.
Had a wonderful time , the view from the apartment was very beautiful. Very near to the beach, good restaurants around. Maja was very helpful and promptly responded to every question we asked.
What could be improved: We liked everything
Location on the beach was excellent, could hear the waves lapping the shore. Lots of restaurants nearby, all the ones we ate at were really nice and good price, 5th floor so amazing views, everything you needed was present, and a little more. The host was was great, friendly and very helpful, any questions were answered swiftly and lots of contact to ensure we didn't have any issues. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend.
What could be improved: Nothing, it was all great.
There was a well equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms and elevators in the building.
Towels(also for the beach) and extra pillows were a nice bonus.
Many very good restaurants and also a little grocery shop close to the apartment.
There is some wear and tear but overall it is a very lovely apartment to spend holiday.
Clean and comfortable apartment right across from the best beach in the area. The balcony has plenty of seating for eating and coffee with a commanding view. Laundry machine was clutch! Parking was shaded and easy. Perfect for families.

The owner was waiting for us at the parking entrance. Was very easy to get keys. The owner was solving any small problems 24/7
Amazing views, great location to visit Budva, Tivat, Perast and Lustica Bay. Great communication from Maja made it easy for us. The restaurant right below called Tulip was also great. Clean and everything was supplied. My favorite part was waking up to the sound of waves.
