You know what hit me first about Belveder Apartments? The fact that you’re literally staying in Pržno – and I mean that in the best possible way. This isn’t some massive resort that could be anywhere in the Mediterranean. When you step out, you’re immediately in this tiny fishing village that somehow managed to keep its soul despite being just a quick walk from Budva’s craziness.

The apartments themselves are honestly better than I expected for Montenegro (and I say that having stayed in quite a few places along the coast). Everything feels solid and well-maintained – you can tell someone actually cares about this place rather than just collecting tourist euros and running. The 4-star rating isn’t inflated marketing nonsense; it’s accurate. Your balcony view depends on which room you get, obviously, but even the partial sea views are pretty spectacular when that morning light hits the water. The kitchenettes are actually functional too, which matters because the local market in Pržno has amazing fresh stuff, and honestly, sometimes you just want to make coffee without hunting down a café.

What really works here is the location – you’re far enough from Budva’s summer madness to actually sleep at night, but close enough that a 15-minute walk along the coastal path gets you there when you want the nightlife scene. That path, by the way, is gorgeous and worth the stay alone. During the day, Pržno’s beach is right there, and it’s one of those rare spots that locals still use, so you get a mix of tourists and Montenegrin families rather than just package tour groups. The little restaurants around the bay serve proper grilled fish – I’m talking about places where the menu depends on what the boats brought in that morning.

Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer (July and August get intense), but the staff actually knows the area and will point you toward spots that aren’t obvious to first-time visitors. Check-in was smooth – they speak good English and seem to genuinely want you to enjoy the place rather than just process you through. The 9-star rating makes sense when you factor in that this feels more like staying somewhere real rather than in a tourist bubble. Sure, it’s not luxury-resort fancy, but that’s actually the point. If you want authentic Montenegro coast experience without roughing it, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  В апартаментах є все необхідне! Приємно здивувала наявність посудомийної та пральної машини. Дуже приємні господарі, які нас зустріли та допомогли припаркувати авто

  What could be improved: После того как взяла оплату наличными, отменила заказ с указанием причины "недействительная карта". Из-за чего я получил проблемы на сайте со своей картой. Вероятно хозяин пытается уйти от комиссии. Осталось неприятное впечатление.
