I mean, when you’re walking down Lovćenska street looking for it, you’re expecting some sterile business hotel, but this place has serious character. It’s tucked into this quieter stretch just off the main Budva chaos – close enough that you can hear the distant hum of the old town’s nightlife, but far enough that you’ll actually sleep.
The rooms are honestly impressive for Montenegro’s boutique scene. I’ve stayed in plenty of places along the Adriatic that promise luxury but deliver IKEA furniture with delusions of grandeur. Not here. The design feels intentional – sort of modern Mediterranean if that makes sense, with these gorgeous stone accents that remind you you’re in the Balkans, not some generic resort destination. What I really appreciated was the attention to small stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The shower pressure is fantastic (seriously, this shouldn’t be noteworthy in 2024, but here we are), and they’ve got proper blackout curtains. Plus the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, which is honestly a miracle in this part of the world.
Here’s the thing about the location that the booking sites don’t really capture – you’re positioned perfectly for both the beach crowd and the mountain people. Yeah, you can walk to Slovenska Beach in maybe eight minutes, but you’re also right there if you want to day-trip up into the Lovćen area. The staff actually knows this stuff too, which was refreshing. They didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map; they marked up specific trails and told me which beach clubs get too rowdy (spoiler: most of them do during peak summer). Parking can be a bit of a dance – it’s Montenegro, so street parking is sort of a contact sport – but they’ve got arrangements with a nearby lot that takes the stress out of it. I stayed there in late September, which turned out to be perfect timing. The summer crowds were mostly gone, but the weather was still gorgeous, and honestly, the whole area just breathes better once the August madness winds down. That 9.9 rating isn’t just people being generous – this place gets the details right in ways that make you want to come back.

Everything at this property was just exceptional. It’s a brand new hotel right in the middle of budva downtown with all It’s brand new, very close to all good spots in Budva Downtown and Old Town
The rooms are chic and modern design, great tv, great wifi, very good beds
Special shoutout to the property host Angela. She is probably the best host I’ve ever come across. She made sure to cater to every request of ours. From suggesting restaurants, beaches, to even going beyond her way and getting us a booking at a beach club. I can’t recommend this property enough

The most welcoming hotel I ever stayed at The hotel is located on a quite street, with only 5 min walk from beach and restaurants. Private parking. Rooms are big and clean with very high standard. But the best is the host! So helpful and kind. We'll be back, for sure!

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel with our family! Everything exceeded our expectations.
The location was ideal - just a short walk to the old town, city center, and the beach, yet tucked away on a quiet little street, which made it peaceful and relaxing. The room was beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, and spotlessly clean. We even had the opportunity to check in much earlier than expected, which was amazing since we arrived very early in the morning after our flight.
There is a lift in the building, which was a huge help as we were traveling with a stroller. Our room had a lovely balcony with a charming view over Budva, and it quickly became our favorite spot to unwind.
A special mention must go to the host, Andjela, who was absolutely wonderful - warm, attentive, and always ready to help. She greeted us personally, made sure we had everything we needed, and shared great tips on what to see and do in Budva. Our two-year-old was absolutely delighted with her - especially with the little treats she kindly gave him. 😊
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We truly loved everything and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budva. Thank you, Andjela, for making our trip so special!

Exceptional The hotel is new,very comfortable,maximum clean,the bed and pillows is super,I was sleep like in heaven)also very quiet street,but in center of Budva,near old town.The stuff is maximal friendly,they gave some welcome snacks)Thank u for great stay)If I come to Budva again I will choose only this hotel
Exceptional Everything. From booking all the way to checkout, the receptionist was very friendly and responsive. The hotel is in a safe cozy neighbourhood, away from the noise of the city but still within walking distance. The room itself is amazing. The layout and architecture makes the place feel spacious yet still warm. The room, along with everything in it is super fresh and clean. No bad or overbearing odours anywhere (I’m quite sensitive to bad/chemically smells, so this says a lot!). The shower has great pressure from a nice noodle shower head and plenty of space. Two TVs, plenty of light switches, speakers, and a great temperature control system let me set the mood to whatever I felt like. The balcony has a nice view of the city, and was a great place to eat my dinner in the evening. I work remotely and had no problems with the wifi - it was fast and stable. At night, with some lights on, the room looked even better than in the pictures. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was quiet and dark at night. All in all, a great stay and a great addition to my trip in Budva. Thank you!
