Look, I’ll be straight with you about Budva Apartment – it’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and honestly, that’s refreshing. When I first walked up to the building, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star setup, but you know what hit me first? How quiet it actually was, considering you’re right in the heart of Budva. I mean, this town can get absolutely wild during summer nights, especially when the clubs along the marina really get going, but somehow this spot manages to sit just far enough back from the main chaos.

The apartment itself has that lived-in feel that I actually prefer over sterile hotel rooms – you get a proper kitchen (and I mean proper, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), which saved me a fortune since eating out every meal in Montenegro’s tourist areas can really add up. The balcony became my favorite spot for morning coffee, watching locals head to work while tourists were still sleeping off their rakia from the night before. What really sold me on the place was the little details that showed someone actually cares – fresh herbs growing in small pots by the window, decent coffee in the cupboard (not that instant stuff), and towels that didn’t feel like sandpaper. The Wi-Fi was solid too, which matters when you’re trying to upload photos to make your friends jealous or actually get some work done.

Here’s the thing about the location that took me a day to figure out – you’re maybe a seven-minute walk to Slovenska Plaza, but more importantly, you’re close to where actual Budva residents live and shop. There’s this little bakery around the corner that opens at 6 AM where you can get burek that’s still warm, and the lady working there started remembering my order by day three. The Old Town is walkable, but it’s not so close that you’re dealing with tour groups congregating outside your window at 8 AM. Parking can be tricky during peak season – I’d suggest asking about spots when you book because street parking fills up fast, especially in July and August. The 7.8 rating makes perfect sense to me because this isn’t luxury, but it’s comfortable and functional with character. Some might find the shower pressure a bit weak, and the air conditioning unit is one of those older ones that sounds like a small aircraft taking off, but honestly? For what you pay and what you get, including that genuine neighborhood feel, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re actually experiencing Budva, not just visiting it.

  Najveca prednost smestaja je, malo je reci, odlicna lokacija(za koji minut ste vec na plazi), ali isto tako tu je i blizina velikog supermarketa. Pored lokacije, ostale manje zamerke nisu ni bitne. Kupatilo je super.
  
  What could be improved: Svetlo u sobama je u stvari jedno-samo deljeno pa je u obe sobe istovremeno ili upaljeno ili ugaseno, kao i to sto se sve cuje iz jedne sobe u drugoj. Ali kao sto rekoh, naspram lokacije meni su te stvari manje bitne.

  Gazdarica Ivana izasla nam je u susret ostali smo do 6 popodne u apartmanu, inace apartman je u blizini plaze ti su radnje i sve sto vam treba na samo par koraka, veliki pozdrav za Ivanu i rado cemo biti gosti i sledece sezone 🙂

  Jelenleg fel van túrva az egész város, mindenhol építkeznek. Szép lesz és talán több parkolási lehetőség teremtenek!
  
  What could be improved: KERÜLD EL, NEHOGY BEFOGLALD! A lakás koszos, elhanyagolt, ágynemű büdös. Állandó iszonyatos csatornaszag, bogarak. Téves címen van regisztrálva, a lakás valójában 1 szobás, csak ketté van osztva de egy a légtér. A leírással ellentétben ezen a régi lakótelepen lehetetlen parkolni, a környéken 1,5 – 3 EUR / h áron tudsz megállni 200 – 300 m belül. A tulajdonos naponta zaklatott minket telefonon, számlát nem kaptunk, végig kiszolgáltatva éreztük magunkat! Nézzed meg a fotókat!
