  Very convenient location if you want to visit Budva, Kotor and Tivat. Incredible views from the apartment. Sufficient parking spaces, well equipped common kitchen and comfortable rooms. All that you could ask for.

  The view from our room was amazing. The property was accurate to its description. The owner was considerate and kind and they have lovely pets.

  A lovely warm welcome from the kind, friendly, and happy staff, they carried my bags to my room, gave me a change of room to one with a big private garden for my dog which he loved, strong and stable internet ideal for work video calls, everything perfectly clean and tidy, plenty of toilet paper and clean towels, basic toiletries, nice decor, power shower, small fridge in the room plus lovely shared kitchen and dining room with big balcony and a fabulous sunrise and sunset panoramic view over the water, free parking right outside. Perfect.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was pretty great and I probably would have stayed a bit longer, but the €10 per night pet fee would have taken me over budget. A couple of the sockets in my room didn’t work but there were enough anyway so no problem.

  Everything was very cool. Friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. The room and the hotel are comfortable, clean, and cozy. Stable good Wi-Fi. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is 10 minutes away, however, the road to the beach turned out to be a little difficult for me. A great place to relax. Especially if you don't like noisy places.

  Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, free wi-fi excellent facilities, huge space for the 4 of us, close to the beach and the Old Town – ideal for a short stay in Budva
  
  What could be improved: The beach is not accessible for elderly/ disabled visitors, it is quite a steep climb, and a taxi is required to visit the Old Town, but they provide you a Whatsapp number and it's less than €5 – none of these are criticisms of the place, just the location!

  Good location for travelling by car. Very nice view from the terrace. The beach is within walking distance but there is a steep hill to climb. Very kind, welcoming and helpful hosts.
