The location is pretty solid if you know Budva at all. You’re close enough to hear the buzz from the Old Town on busy summer nights (which can be a blessing or a curse depending on what you’re after), but far enough that you’re not dealing with the absolute chaos of peak tourist season. I actually appreciated being able to walk to Slovenska Plaza in about ten minutes – it’s that stretch of beach that locals still use, so you get a better feel for the place beyond the tourist bubble. The staff seem to get that balance too; they’re helpful without being overly rehearsed, and a couple of them gave me genuinely useful tips about avoiding the crowds at certain times.

What really sold me on the place was the attention to practical stuff that matters when you’re actually staying somewhere. The rooms are well-thought-out – decent storage space, reliable WiFi, and the air conditioning actually works properly (trust me, that’s not a given everywhere in Montenegro during July). The bathroom setup is smart too, with this glass partition that doesn’t make the whole space feel cramped. I’ll be honest, the 7.8 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow you away, but there weren’t any of those annoying little disappointments that can ruin a trip. The breakfast spread is solid without being excessive, and they actually have decent coffee, which… well, if you’ve stayed at some hotels in the Balkans, you’ll appreciate that detail. If you’re looking for something reliable in Budva without paying resort prices, this place delivers on what it promises.

  Great view of the sea from the living area and nice small balcony. Modern apartment. Private parking slot.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment wasn't so clean. There was bad smell in the kitchen cabins and refrigerator. The refrigerator didn't work so well and wasn't cold enough. The air condition in one of the bedrooms didn't work. The drainage in both showers are located in wrong place and all water spilled on the bathroom's floor. The small bathroom with toilet has big clear window which made it not comfortable to use.

  The apartment was amazing! Sasha (the owner) of it was really nice and recommended us some nice bars, clubs and restaurant. The walk from the apartment to the local beach is like 5 minutes by foot.

  The views are stunning! It's actually one of the best views in the surrounding area. The apartment is huge – it has a lot of space, a big terrace with sunbeds, 3 bedrooms and in one bedroom there is extra small room for a baby with a baby bed. The location is very convenient, has underground parking so the car is not heated by the sun. The owner is great and always ready to help !

  1. Beliggende, tæt på stranden, supermarket og bus stop, tager ca 20 min from lejlighed til Budva centrum
  2. Host, Sergey er super søde og hjælpsomme, svar meget hurtigt via sms
  3. Flot udsigt på terrasse og lejlighed er meget stor, 3 soveværelse 2 badeværelse/wc , er helt perfekt for os (vi er 7 mennesker)
  
  What could be improved: 1. Badeværelse, den store værelser har meget varm vand, er svært justeret termostaten.
  2. Der er ikke kaffemaskine, I bedre tage French Press eller traditionelle espresso maker med.
  3. Tage apple tv eller Google tv med, det er ikke smart tv i lejligheden

  Moderni kämppä, hyvät fasiliteetit ja sijainti. Lähellä ruokamarket. Joutuu kävelee ylä/alamäkiä, ei huonokuntoiselle. Huoneissa hyvä ääneneristys. Sisälsi suihkusaippuat, astianpesuaineet, lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Wc-paperia vähän isolle porukalle. Hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Kämppä maksettiin käteisellä.
  
  What could be improved: Suihkun termostaatit menivät helposti jumiin. Terassit olivat roskaiset varmaan myrskystä johtuen.

  Очень понравилась квартира. Идеальное место для тихого отпуска большой компанией или семьей. Очень большая терраса с невероятным видом на море и горы. Утром на ней завтракали.
  Хозяин апартаментов нас встретил, все показал и рассказал, где какие магазины. Очень рекомендую Budva Gate
