I mean, sometimes you actually want to escape the tourist chaos and just chill somewhere that feels more like where locals might live. The building itself sits in this newer development area that’s sort of become Budva’s modern expansion – it’s got that clean, contemporary Montenegro vibe going on. Parking was surprisingly manageable here, which anyone who’s tried to navigate Budva’s old town with a rental car will appreciate.

What really got me about this place was the attention to detail in the penthouse itself. The space feels genuinely luxurious without trying too hard – you’ve got these floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Adriatic in a way that makes you want to just sit there with your morning coffee (or evening wine, no judgment).
