  What could be improved: Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience for us. The host clearly lives here and the apartment is full of the family stuff. When we came to the apartment at the time we agreed for a CHECK IN, hosts naked children were running around the dirty and uncleaned apartment. We came back few hours later which resulted hosts kids sleeping on the couch. The whole vibe was off and we did not feel comfortable. Even though the family lives there, there was only 1 glass in the whole apartment which was pretty crazy. In the fridge the host left the leftovers of their soup which smelled very poorly and resulted in that we did not use the fridge for the rest of our stay so the odour from the fridge would not get into the sleeping area.

  Auf den ersten Blick wirkt alles in Ordnung. Geräumig, toller riesiger Spiegel, Küche schön und gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster vorhanden.
  
  What could be improved: Auf den zweiten Blick war das Apartment aber enttäuschend. Nach der Ankunft waren wir duschen und sind barfuß durchs Wohnzimmer gelaufen. Unsere Füße waren so schmutzig vom Boden – es wurde vorher nicht gesaugt oder aufgewaschen. Es war einfach dreckig.
  Das schlimmste war allerdings das Schlafsofa. Ich habe mich jeden Tag auf die Strandliegen gefreut, weil die bequemer sind . Man liegt auf ca. 10cm Matratze und direkt darunter ist das Metallgestell. Wir sind wirklich nicht sonderlich anspruchsvoll aber das war die reinste Katastrophe und alleine deshalb würde ich dieses Apartment nie wieder buchen. Beim Ausziehen der Couch habe ich auch noch eine Kondompackung gefunden (mir sowieso völlig unklar, wie man auf so einem „Bett“ Sex haben kann aber das sei Mal dahingestellt…) – es wurde also offensichtlich nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Überall am Boden waren Glitzersteine verteilt, die die Vormieterin wohl verloren hatte…
  An unserem vorletzten Tag kam die Vermieterin , die prinzipiell recht freundlich ist, unangekündigt vorbei und wollte ihre privaten Einkäufe im Kühlschrank verstauen. Das war einfach ein Unding – auch, wenn sie sich entschuldigt hat. Wir waren gerade am Haare föhnen und sie brauchte auch einige Minuten. Der Kühlschrank war danach komplett voll mit Speisen und auch 2 von 3 Schränken waren mit privater Kleidung vollgeräumt. Am Balkon stand ein Kinderfahrrad, vor der Tür Spielzeug usw…
  Übrigens:Handtücher hab es pro Person nur ein Stück.
  Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
  
  Wer möchte kann hinfahren – ich rate dringend davon ab. Trete jetzt eine 13 Stunden Heimfahrt an und mein Rücken bringt mich um von diesem Sofa. Brauche Urlaub vom Urlaub.

  Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in Ordnung. Die Altstadt und auch Strände sind nach ca. 15-20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Großer Supermarkt befindet sich direkt unter dem Haus, in dem sich das Apartment befindet.
  Die Gastgeberin ist nett und bemüht, aber nur schwer erreichbar, es dauert lange, bis man eine Rückmeldung erhält. Zudem war bei Ankunft nicht klar, wie man in das Apartment gelangt und die Gastgeberin nicht erreichbar, somit mussten wir warten und sind nur durch Zufall im Treppenhaus auf die Gastgeberin gestoßen.
  
  What could be improved: Das Bett, das eine Schlafcouch ist, ist leider nicht wirklich bequem, für eine Nacht ist es in Ordnung, aber nicht für länger.
  Das Apartment war nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, vor allem das Bad war nicht sauber. Das Badezimmer wurde zwar noch einmal auf unser Verlangen hin geputzt, aber auch das hat nicht viel an der Grund-Sauberkeit verändert.
  Außerdem konnte die Tür zum Bad nicht geschlossen werden. Aufgrund eines Wasserschadens war die Tür sowie Rahmen so verzogen, dass ein Schließen unmöglich war. Der Gastgeberin war dies durchaus bewusst, wir wurden vorab aber nicht darauf hingewiesen.
  Das Auto muss auf dem Parkplatz eines Supermarkts/an der Straße geparkt werden.

  The apartment is a 7-minute walk from the beach, in an ideal location close to everything. The apartment has everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is cozy, the owner is friendly and kind, she helped and explained how to find all the interesting places and locations in Budva.Left only with positive impressions after a 6 days stay.
