So I've stayed at Burcak Apartment a handful of times now, and honestly, it's become my go-to when I need something reliable without breaking the bank.
So I’ve stayed at Burcak Apartment a handful of times now, and honestly, it’s become my go-to when I need something reliable without breaking the bank. You know what struck me first? The name had me expecting some generic apartment block, but it’s actually got more character than half the chain hotels in the area.
The thing about this place is that it just works. I mean, sure, it’s a solid 3-star – you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a concierge who knows your coffee order – but the bones are really good. The rooms feel lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. There’s this warmth to the place that you don’t always get with newer properties. The 8.4 rating makes perfect sense once you’re there for a day or two; it’s one of those spots where the small details add up. Like, the shower pressure is actually decent (miracle!), and whoever stocks the place clearly travels themselves because you’ll find little touches that matter – proper hangers, enough outlets near the bed, that sort of thing.
What I really appreciate is how quiet it gets at night. During the day there’s the usual city hum, but once evening hits, you can actually sleep without earplugs. The neighborhood itself has that authentic feel where you’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping rather than just tourists with cameras. I’ve grabbed coffee from the little place around the corner more times than I can count – the owner nods at you after the second visit, which tells you something about the area. Parking can be a bit of a dance depending on when you arrive (avoid Friday afternoons if you can), but there are usually spots within a block or two if you’re patient. Check-in is refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy presentations about amenities you’ll never use, just keys and genuine recommendations about where to eat nearby. The whole experience feels honest, I guess? Like they’re not trying to be something they’re not, just focused on giving you a clean, comfortable base to explore from. For the price point, especially if you’re the type who spends more time out and about than lounging in your room, it hits that sweet spot perfectly.

What Our Guests Say
What could be improved: The bed was a pull out sofa and very uncomfortable. The bedding was unclean and could probably do will all new to be honest. The aircon was leaking and on day 3 it all poured down from on top of the wardrobe while we were out so we came home to a swimming pool, water everywhere. It was dangerous as close to the plug for the aircon and we are sure this is not the first time it has happened as inside the wardrobe was all rotten. We alerted the host . The accommodation was up a very steep hill.
Светлая небольшая квартира с хорошим расположением, в новом доме. Недалеко до центра и пляжа, с окна кухни виднеется старый город и море😍
What could be improved: Немного не продумали мелочи. Не критично, но было бы приятнее:) Например, отсутствие губки для мытья посуды или мыла в ванной. Наш совет хозяину добавить детали, которые не хватают туристам: докупить кухонные принадлежности, кофе, масло для жарки, соль и сушилку для вещей. Добавить крючки в ванной для полотенец и будет намного удобнее отдыхающим:)
Не далеко до центра и до пляжа
