Hotel Description

You know what’s refreshing? Finding a place that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. CASA APARTMENTS hit that sweet spot for me – it’s a straightforward one-bedroom that actually delivers on the basics without any pretentious nonsense. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how much natural light floods the space. The windows are generous, and honestly, that makes such a difference when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two.

The apartment feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I mean in the best way possible. Someone clearly thought about how people actually use a space – there’s counter space where you need it, the bed doesn’t dominate the entire room, and the bathroom has those little hooks for your stuff that fancy hotels somehow always forget. The kitchen setup is pretty solid too; I managed to make coffee without hunting through ten different cabinets for a mug. Small victories, right? The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you settle in – it’s not trying to wow you with marble countertops or thread counts, but everything works the way it should.

What really sold me on the place was the neighborhood vibe. You can actually hear life happening around you without it being obnoxious – people walking by, maybe some conversation drifting up from the street, but nothing that kept me awake. It’s that perfect middle ground where you feel connected to the city but not like you’re sleeping in the middle of Times Square. The building itself has character without being run-down, and check-in was refreshingly simple. No overly chatty concierge trying to upsell you on tours, just straightforward keys and directions. I appreciated that the three-star rating felt honest – they’re not overselling what you’ll get, but what you do get is thoughtfully put together. If you’re the type who values substance over flash and wants a place where you can actually relax instead of feeling like you’re in a showroom, this is worth considering.

Reviews

  • John from United Kingdom – 28 March 2025 (8/10)

Overall the place is okay as a budget-friendly and fairly centrally located apartment. There’s enough stuff to cook basic food with and the bed was comfortable enough. Very cold in the off season months (I was there early March and it often felt colder than outside), but I can’t imagine this being an issue in the summer months. Frosty welcome was also a shame, felt more like an inconvenience when I arrived instead of being treated like a paying guest.

    Great little terrace.
Loved having a washing machine and a place to dry things.

What could be improved: Tv is really hard to watch from the bed.

  • Steven from United Kingdom – 25 May 2024 (9/10)

Far from the sea front and the old town. Was well equipped and a comfy bed!

  • Mariusz from Poland – 25 January 2024 (9/10)

    Everything what you need

  • Leen from Belgium – 25 June 2023 (8/10)

Beautiful, clean apartment, modern. All facilities were there. Close to the beach, but further from the old town. Parking spot right in front of the house.

What could be improved: Difficult communication with the host. We had to call 20 minutes before arrival, but since we're from abroad we don't have telephone services. There was no way around this, since the host was out of town. I asked for the wifi password in advance so we could try to call over WhatsApp, but this was not possible.

Wonderful apartments. Everything is clear! The owner is very friendly. I recommend.
