When I first walked into the lobby, I actually did a double-take because the whole vibe felt more like a boutique spot than your typical mid-range chain hotel.

The thing that really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed all the little details that most hotels completely overlook. Like, the shower pressure is actually incredible – and you know how rare that is, especially at this price point. The beds have this perfect firmness that doesn’t leave you feeling like you’re sinking into quicksand or sleeping on concrete. But here’s what really won me over: the staff genuinely seems to care. Not in that scripted, corporate training way, but like they’re actually invested in making sure you have a good time. The front desk guy (I think his name was Marcus?) remembered my coffee preference by day two, which honestly made my morning routine so much smoother.

Now, I’ll be real with you – the location situation is a bit of a wildcard since they don’t really advertise their exact address much online, which initially made me nervous about booking. But once you’re there, you realize it’s actually in a pretty solid spot. There’s this great little café about a two-minute walk away that does proper espresso, and you’re close enough to the main action without dealing with all the tourist chaos and street noise that keeps you up at night. Parking was surprisingly painless too, which if you’ve ever tried to navigate hotel parking in busy areas, you know that’s basically winning the lottery. The rooms themselves have this clean, modern feel without being sterile – they’ve got these blue and green accents (makes sense with the name, right?) that somehow make everything feel calmer. I mean, I’m usually pretty skeptical about color psychology and all that, but something about the space just worked. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, which matters more than people admit, and the air conditioning actually reached the temperature you set it to – small victories, but they add up.
