Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Central APT 11? It’s actually in one of those spots where you feel like you’ve stumbled onto something the big tour groups haven’t figured out yet. The address says Jadranski put bb, which honestly sounds more intimidating than it is – it’s basically right where you want to be in Budva without being stuck in the absolute chaos of the Old Town during peak season.
I mean, don’t get me wrong, it’s a 3-star place so you’re not getting marble bathrooms or a concierge who remembers your coffee order. But here’s the thing – whoever runs In Property actually seems to care about the details that matter. The apartment (and it really feels like an apartment, not a hotel room with a kitchenette thrown in) has this lived-in quality that makes you settle in faster than usual. The kitchen’s got proper pots and pans, not those flimsy things you usually find, and the Wi-Fi actually works consistently – which, if you’ve spent time in Montenegro, you’ll know isn’t always a given. What really sold me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re close enough to walk to Slovenska Beach in about eight minutes. The building seems to buffer a lot of the street noise, and the neighbors were surprisingly considerate during my stay in July (peak madness season).
The location thing is where this place really shines, though I wish more people understood how perfect this stretch is. You’re genuinely walking distance to everything – the marina, the citadel, those little bakeries along Mediteranska where locals actually go for burek in the morning. But you’re also positioned so you can easily escape when Budva gets overwhelming, which it absolutely will if you’re here during summer. There’s decent parking nearby (not guaranteed, but better odds than in the Old Town), and you’re close enough to the bus station that day trips to Kotor or Cetinje are totally doable. The 9 rating this place has makes sense once you spend a few days here – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. Perfect for people who want to experience Budva properly without paying resort prices or dealing with the tourist traps every time they step outside.
