You’re walking distance to Slovenska Beach, and if you want something quieter, Mogren is maybe ten minutes on foot around the coastal path. But here’s the thing most people don’t mention – you’re also perfectly positioned for those evening strolls when the day-trippers have cleared out and the town starts to feel like it belongs to the people who actually live here. The narrow streets around the apartment come alive after sunset with this energy that’s hard to describe… locals heading to dinner, kids playing football in tiny squares, that whole Mediterranean evening vibe. I’d grab a bottle of wine from the shop downstairs (the owner speaks perfect English and has great recommendations) and just wander. The apartment becomes this perfect home base where you can retreat when the summer crowds get overwhelming – and trust me, July and August can be intense – but you never feel disconnected from what makes Budva special. It’s that sweet spot where you’re staying somewhere that feels authentic without sacrificing the comfort of knowing you’ve got a proper place to crash after long days in the sun.

  Odlična je lokacija, sve je blizu- šetalište, plaža, stari grad… Mogucnost iznajmljivanja parking mesta u garaži u zgradi 🙂

  Очень понравилось расположение – это центр Будвы, рядом старый город , море 3 минуты идти до красивых пляжей, вокруг множество кафе, ресторанов и супермаркетов.Апартаменты уютные, чистые, отличная кровать, есть все для проживания.
