You know what struck me first about Central Budva apartment A10? It’s actually tucked away from all the chaos that usually comes with staying right in the heart of Budva. I mean, you’re still central – hence the name, obviously – but you’re not dealing with the late-night party noise that echoes through some of those beachfront places. The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense feel that a lot of these newer apartment-style accommodations in Montenegro have, and honestly, after staying in a few cramped hotel rooms along the coast, the extra space here felt like a breath of fresh air.

The apartment itself is pretty well thought out – whoever set this up actually gets what travelers need. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I’m looking at you, hotels with those tiny fridges and no counter space), and there’s enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase the whole time. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – you can actually hear the distant sound of the sea rather than just car engines and late-night revelers. The whole setup feels more like staying at a local friend’s place than a typical tourist accommodation, which is probably why it’s pulling those solid ratings from people who’ve been there.

Location-wise, you’re in that sweet spot where you can walk to the Old Town without the trek feeling like a commitment, but you’re also close enough to the newer parts of Budva where the locals actually hang out. I found myself grabbing coffee at places that weren’t charging tourist prices, which was honestly refreshing. The beaches are totally walkable – not the main packed one everyone hits, but the smaller stretches where you can actually find a spot to lay down your towel. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area (like everywhere in Budva, really), but it’s manageable if you’re not arriving during peak summer madness. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but it’s definitely comfortable and well-maintained. You get the sense that someone’s paying attention to the details without going overboard on unnecessary fancy touches that just drive up the price.

Hotel in Budva booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally popular music festivals and beach parties.

  The location is great, and the apartment is new and well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: Sofa bed was terrible. It is too small for two people and very very uncomfortable. Too loud ventilation in the bathroom.

  Amazing flat it the middle of the town, city market 2 min to go, shops, beach. Old town in 10 min to go. Amazing host who will help with all questions, like where is the best food or how to find parking. We will definitely suggest that location to our friends.

  What could be improved: Apartament trochę zaniedbany. W brodziku grzyb, w łazience nieprzyjemny zapach. Kanapa w salonie zużyta, po rozłożeniu trochę się rozwala, niewygodna. Poplamione pokrowce na krzesłach. Musiałem zakupić swoje środki czystości aby móc korzystać z łazienki

  Na oodlicnom mestu, prelp pogled, izolovan zvucno, klimatizivan, CIST, opremljen, ima svoje parking mesto, cisto, blizu mora, setalista, Starog Grada, plaza, trgovina, jednostavno PERFEKTAN. I naravno NIKAKO MANJE BITNO ODLIČNI DOMAĆINI, GOSPODIN VLADAN JAKO LJUBAZAN I OD REČI. SPREMAN ZA SVAKI DOGOVOR!

  Konumu çok iyi, old town a yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Diğer bütün mağaza ve marketlerde hemen cadde üstünde.

  Alles war sehr gut. Es hat nur ein Spiegel gefehlt im Flur oder irgendwo anders, aber ansonsten top.
  
  What could be improved: An sich ist das Apartment sehr schön gewesen. Nur was sehr schade war, dass man nach einer langen Reise putzen musste. Der Boden und die Wohnzimmer Couch waren sehr schmutzig. Die Gläser und das Geschirr waren sehr verdreckt und trotzdem im Küchenschrank. Musste es erst alles sauber machen und es nutzen zu können.
  
  Auch die Schränke waren sehr schmutzig. Kleidung konnte ich nicht rein machen, musste erst putzen.
  
  Und es gab sehr selten warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Es hat Stunden gedauert, dass man warm duschen konnte und das auch nur kurz. Und Warmwasser war wieder weg. Eine Zumutung wen man Kinder hat.
