The apartment sits right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything that matters but not drowning in the chaos that Budva’s old town can become during peak summer madness. I mean, you can literally roll out of bed and be at one of those little kafanas in minutes, or hit the beach without the whole production of planning your day around transportation. The owner clearly knows what they’re doing too – check-in was smooth (none of that “meet me at the random corner at exactly 3:17 PM” nonsense you sometimes get with apartment rentals), and honestly, the space felt more put-together than some four-star hotels I’ve stayed at along the coast.

What really sold me was the attention to details that actually matter when you’re living somewhere for a few days, not just passing through. The kitchen isn’t just for show – you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to save some euros or just crave something other than grilled fish and rakija. The Wi-Fi doesn’t mysteriously disappear every time more than two people try to use it, and the shower has decent water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think after a long day exploring Sveti Stefan or hiking up to the fortress). The building itself is quiet enough that you’re not listening to every conversation in the hallway, but you still get that authentic Budva energy just outside your window. During the shoulder seasons – late May or early September – you’ll probably hear more locals than tourists, which honestly makes the whole experience feel more genuine.

Sure, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge who knows your coffee order, but that’s kind of the point. It’s comfortable, reliable, and run by people who seem to actually care that you have a good time in their city rather than just extracting maximum profit from your vacation budget. If you’re the type who needs a pool and daily housekeeping, look elsewhere – but if you want a solid base for exploring Montenegro’s coast without breaking the bank, this is exactly the kind of place you’d hope to stumble across.

  Everything went well. The unit was nice, comfortable, in a good location. The unit is on an upper floor and there is an elevator. Stores, restaurants, and grocery (including a farmers market) are all very close. Old town is an easy walk. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. He even helped with the City registration process. We would consider staying here again in the future.

  Good value for money (I travelled off-season though). Super central location, quiet and clean. It feels a bit tired, but tbh nothing was broken or badly damaged. The only issue that I had was the shower. Even though I kept the heater on 24/7, there was still enough hot water for only a 3 min for me. A bit of a bummer, it was cold outside and hot shower was something I missed.
  The host is a sweetheart, very easy and pleasant to communicate with.

  Відпочивали в червні. Розташування квартири чудове. До пляжу Могрен 15 хв пішки, до старого міста 5-7 хв. Поруч декілька маркетів і великий торговий центр. Все необхідне в квартирі було. Господар дуже привітний!
