The main bedroom gets this amazing morning light that makes your coffee taste better somehow, and the second bedroom is perfect if you’re traveling with friends who don’t want to hear you watching Netflix until midnight. What really got me was the kitchen – it’s not just there for show. There’s actual counter space, good knives that aren’t dull as butter, and a coffee maker that doesn’t sound like it’s dying when you use it.

It was a wonderful experıence.
Havıng super comfort flat wıth two bedrooms,
beautıful, comfortable lıvıng room,
wıth perfect kıtchen, excellent washroom ,two balconıes ,
ın the mıddle of the cıty, a few steps to everythıng,
to beach, green market, old cıty, stores ,
supermarkets ,casıno and restaurants .
Our hosts were wonderful, respondıng ın every need
we had.

Приветливый хозяин, встретил ночью, местоположение отличное, близко к старому городу, паркинг. Свежий дом. Большая площадь квартиры.
What could be improved: Поставила 9, потому что хозяин вроде старается как может. И просто жалко портить рейтинг человеку. Но! По факту я бы поставила этой квартире 7.
1) квартира прокуренная, хотя стоит курение запрещено, я сначала подумала, что, мол, бывают недобросовестные гости, но потом обнаружила 2 пепельницы с зажигалками заботливо оставленные персоналом. Диван сильно вонял куревом и прожженый журнальный столик. Причем хозяин попытался замазать краской это место.
2) не было ни рулона для туалетной бумаги ни самого рулона, что было не приятно и неожиданно. Как вы думаете куда мы все пошли как только заселились после долгой дороги? 🙂 И обнаружили такой нежданчик((
3) заслуженные продавленные матрасы, спать плохо. Диван жесткий (оч мало поролона, несколько раз ударялись об углы) и не раскладывающийся.
4) нет тумбы возле одной кровати, не удобно. И в принципе кровать в одной спальне прижата к стене, узкий проход в ногах и торчащие углы.
5) нет настольной лампы или торшера.
6) в туалете нет крючкой для одежды (точнее только один для всего)
7)протекает душевая кабина
8)внутри душевой нет полочек для шампуны и прочего (но сам смеситель и душ нормальные)
9) сломана решетка слива под раковиной и оттуда воняет канализацией, вентилятор не справляется
10) ужасно грязный кондиционер в зале, с него свисает пыль (его не чистили очень давно). Мы его не включали
11) балкон был пыльный и там поселились голуби, вили гнездо, поэтому с 6 утра ежедневно мы слушали их, спать было невозможно.
12) тв в маленькой комнате не работает и плохо закреплен.
13) разболтанные ободранные барные стулья, фото кухни 5-летнее
14) затхлые, непростиранные полотенца
15) большая стройка рядом еще на пару лет, по утрам грохот, перфоратор, пыль, + плохой матрас + голуби=не высыпались
16) плохая шумоизоляция, слышно как соседи делают свои дела в туалете, потому что в спальне смежная стена с чужим санузлом. Тонкая входная деревянная дверь, тоже всё слышно, потому что напротив лифт.
A very nice apartment in a new building, very well and stylishly decorated, located in the centre of Budva only 5 min walking to the sea and the old town. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. Free parking was provided under the building. The apartment got 2 balconies with a nice view. Communication with the host was excellent. We love it 😀
