You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to this place – I mean, “Comfort Apartment Near the Beach” sounds pretty generic, right? But honestly, sometimes the places with the most straightforward names end up being exactly what you need. This little 3-star spot actually delivers on that promise without any fancy frills or pretentious nonsense.

The apartment itself feels like staying at a friend’s beach house, assuming your friend has decent taste and actually cares about their guests being comfortable. The beds are proper firm (not that squishy hotel nonsense that leaves you with a sore back), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your stuff without living out of a suitcase for a week. What I really appreciated was the kitchen setup – it’s not just some sad mini-fridge situation. You can actually cook a real meal if you want to skip the tourist trap restaurants for a night. The bathroom’s got good water pressure too, which honestly makes or breaks a beach stay when you’re dealing with sand and salt water multiple times a day.

Location-wise, you’re close enough to hear the waves when the windows are open, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant parade of beachgoers trudging past at 6 AM. I’d walk down in the mornings before the crowds hit – maybe a three or four minute stroll – and you’ve got that perfect golden hour light hitting the water. The area gets pretty lively during peak season (which, let’s be honest, means it can get loud on weekend nights), but if you’re the type who needs absolute silence, pack some earplugs or book during shoulder season. There’s actually decent parking nearby too, which anyone who’s tried to find a spot near a popular beach knows is basically winning the lottery.

The whole experience just feels… real, I guess? Like, this isn’t some corporate chain where everything’s been focus-grouped to death. The check-in was straightforward, the space smelled like ocean air instead of industrial cleaning products, and when I had a question about the best coffee spot nearby, I got actual local recommendations instead of whatever place probably gives them kickbacks. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury amenities – there’s no concierge or fancy spa – but that 8.0 rating makes perfect sense when you’re getting solid comfort and genuine value. Sometimes that beats all the marble lobbies and overpriced room service in the world, especially when you’re spending most of your time on the beach anyway.

  Everything was great, our apartment was large, modern with a big balcony with exceptional views.
  
  Apartment is very comfy. The facilities were good, particularly the washing and dishwaching machine. A fully-equipped kitchen was a good. Every request we had was addressed promptly.

  Everything was nice, from the first contact with the owner of the apartments till the finish of our rental period.
  
  The apartments are located in the centre of Budva and are very suitable to get to the beaches and the Old Town.
  Here are some supermarkets in just 2-3 minutes from the apartments and also the HDL Hypermarket in just 10 minutes walk.
  
  The apartments itself are rather clean, comfortable and suitable for a pair or a family stay. There is a big and good refrigerator that is rather important due to the hot tempreature outside. Good kitchen, sofa (transofrming to the bed), TV-set, fast internet, large balcony with a table and seats. Good washing mashine. Also – see the wardrobe for the beach umbrella – it is there! =) The one more important thing is a large free parking place near the apartments.

  We stayed 11 nights. The apartment is comfortable with a large balcony. You can find a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, microwave and iron. It is located next to the beach, about a 10-minute walk away. The hosts are very nice and hospitable people. I recommend this apartment. You will be at home.

  The apartment amenities were as described, and it was easy to find free parking outside the building. The staff were very friendly, always available, and responded quickly to every message. They were also very helpful. The beach was not far from the location, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience.

  Mieszkanie wygląda dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach. Jest wykończone w nowoczesnym stylu, czyste i przestronne. Dodatkowo duży balkon z widokiem na morze i góry. Wygodne dla 5 osób. Serdecznie polecam!
