Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from a place called “Condo Studio Plaza” – the name sounds pretty generic, right? But man, this little gem on Novembra street completely changed my mind about Budva accommodations. You know what struck me first? The building actually feels like where locals would live, not some tourist trap trying too hard to be fancy.

The location is honestly perfect if you want to experience real Budva. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Old Town walls – I mean, you can hear the evening music from Casper Bar drifting over, but it’s not so close that you’ll be up all night (learned that lesson at my previous hotel). The beach is right there too, and here’s something nobody tells you – if you walk left from the main entrance toward the Avala resort area, you’ll find way less crowded spots with the same gorgeous water. The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home, which I love. The kitchen isn’t just for show – it’s got everything you need, and there’s this little Franca market around the corner where you can grab fresh bread and those amazing Montenegrin tomatoes. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere, even on the balcony where I spent most mornings with coffee, watching the town wake up.

What really sold me though was how quiet it gets at night. Budva can be absolutely crazy during peak season – I’m talking music until 3am crazy – but this street stays surprisingly peaceful. You’re close enough to join the party, far enough to escape it. The check-in was smooth too, none of that awkward “meet me at the restaurant down the street” situation you sometimes get with apartment rentals. And parking – God, parking in Budva is usually a nightmare, but they’ve got you covered. I mean, it’s Montenegro, so spaces are still tight, but at least you’re not circling the block for an hour. The only tiny thing I’d change? Maybe blackout curtains in the bedroom – those summer sunrises come early and bright. But honestly, waking up to that light streaming in wasn’t the worst thing in the world. You’ll pay more than a basic guesthouse, sure, but you’re getting that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment freedom, right in the heart of everything that makes Budva special.

  Amazing host. Very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. Right in the city centre, with a grocery store on the ground floor and the beaches just a few minutes walk away. If we come back to Budva, we’ll definitely stay here again!

  The location is perfect, close to the beach, mall and grocery store is located on the ground floor as well as nice restaurants. Room is spacious and clean.

  Appartment was amazing, new, spacious, with comfortable two big separate beds which was so hard to find. Location is close to all attractions, plenty of restaurants, beaches and beautiful old town.

  Amazing host! We booked last minute at around 8pm and she showed up very quickly to accommodate us. Was super friendly and helpful. The place was amazing, spacious, all the amenities you need are there. 10/10, we'll definitely book again when we come back to Budva.

  I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and shops.   The studio was located at the 3rd floor, it is large, spacious, high sealing, the kitchen is provided with everything you need for food preparation. The beds were very good. On the building ground floor there are a supermarket, a shopping mall also a nice hotel and a couple of restaurants. It is located in central area close to everything you want, at a walking distance.
  The studio has a certain noise insulation but there is still some street noise coming in the room.
  Stephanie received us and provided all information we needed for our stay. Thanks Stephanie, we appreciated your help.
  
  What could be improved: We didn't like sometimes the street noise coming in the room during the night. But you cannot be in the city center without having the associated noise from the cars and people.
  The city was flooded by the tourists. Otherwise I did like the studio.
  I had a nice vacation in Montenegro, although it was very expensive.
  The are a couple of small beaches with fine sand, very crowded the others are rocky and you need special shoes to walk or get in the water.

  this is my favorite apartment in Budva! It has everything for a quality holiday. the apartment is also located on the floor above the tq plaza shopping center, and you can go down there by internal elevator. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and old town!!
