It’s actually got that rare balance where it feels modern without being sterile – I mean, when you see “contemporary” in the name, you’re usually bracing for some minimalist nightmare with uncomfortable furniture, but this three-star spot gets it right. The moment I walked in, there was this sense of… well, I guess you’d call it understated comfort. Nothing flashy, just thoughtful design choices that make you want to kick off your shoes and stay awhile.

Honestly, the 9.3 rating makes perfect sense once you spend a day here. The staff – and I’m talking about everyone from the front desk to housekeeping – they’ve got this genuine warmth that you can’t fake. I remember the guy at reception actually drew me a little map showing the best beach access points, including this slightly hidden path that skips the crowded main entrance. That’s the kind of local knowledge you hope for but rarely get. The rooms themselves have this clean, uncluttered vibe with surprisingly good natural light, and here’s something I always notice – the water pressure in the shower is actually decent, which you can’t take for granted even at pricier places.

What really won me over, though, is how they’ve positioned themselves in Bečići. You’re close enough to hear the gentle sound of waves if you crack a window at night (it’s soothing, not disruptive), but far enough from the main beachfront chaos that you’re not dealing with late-night party noise. The whole area has this relaxed Montenegrin coastal energy – think morning coffee on your balcony watching locals head to work, then a five-minute stroll to some seriously beautiful Adriatic coastline. I’d catch myself just sitting in the lobby sometimes, watching the interplay of light through these large windows they have, and honestly? For a three-star place, they’ve created something that feels way more expensive than what you’re paying. It’s the kind of spot where you arrive planning to just crash for the night and end up extending your stay because leaving feels premature.

  The location is great, 7 mins away from the sea and restaurants. Check-in was easy, with the host providing a helpful guide. The host was friendly and welcoming, assisting with everything needed.

  Снимали квартиру на неделю для семьи 3 взрослых человека. Ни оценок, ни отзывов не было до нашего проживания. Мое мнение-Квартира для съема идеальная. Просторная квартира, 2 сплита, которые мгновенно охлаждают квартиру. Просторная гостиная с диваном (наверное раскладывается и кроватью, которая отлично вписана в интерьер и нет ощущения что ты спишь на кухне. Спальных мест 5-6.
  Новая посуда, острые ножи, стаканы, кружки и бокалы, работающая духовка и микроволновка, правда духовкой не пользовались, холодильник, посудомоечная (тоже не пользовались). Чистая просторная ванная с душем, бойлером и стиралкой. Все фото соответствуют действительности. Все очень стильно, комфортабельно и достойно.
  Месторасположение квартиры немного в горку, но для нас это не стало проблемой-2 квартала вниз до моря-пляж Рафаиловичи. (допляжа Бечичи нужно немного пройти вправо). Справо от спортивных активностей отличный пляж с арендой лежаков и зонта от 8€ в день. Рядом с домом достаточно парковочных мест, но также и желающих припарковаться соседей тоже хватает)))
  По дороге к морю супермаркет IDEA, где можно купить все что угодно и по хорошим ценам. Напротив IDEA кафе – очень вкусно и недорого.
  Квартира находится в новом доме, на втором этаже, есть лифт.
  
  What could be improved: Придраться не к чему в этой квартире. Желаю чтобы такой уровень оставался подольше. Из минусов могу сказать только одно -отсутствие интернета. Заселялись через агента, к сожалению он не смог нам помочь с «невидимой» сетью. У меня была местная сим-карта и я раздавала всем интернет, но надеюсь данную проблему быстро исправят, чтобы последующие проживания гостей были в полном комфорте.
