You know what caught me off guard about this place? The moment I walked in, it actually felt like someone’s home – not in that weird “we’re trying too hard to be homey” way, but genuinely cozy. The Cosy Duplex lives up to its name, honestly. It’s one of those spots where you immediately start planning to stay longer than you originally intended.

The location is pretty brilliant if you’re someone who likes to move around without dealing with car rentals or expensive taxi rides. I mean, being right by the bus station sounds sketchy in theory, but it’s actually perfect – you can literally roll out of bed and catch transport anywhere you need to go. And surprisingly, the noise isn’t an issue at all. I was expecting to hear buses rumbling at all hours, but the soundproofing is solid, plus most of the bus activity dies down after evening rush hour anyway. The duplex setup means you get this nice separation between sleeping and living spaces, which makes it feel more spacious than your typical hotel room. There’s something about having stairs inside your accommodation that just hits different – makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere special rather than just another generic room.

What really impressed me was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The kitchen actually has proper equipment (not those sad hotel kitchenettes with one broken burner), so if you’re staying for a few days, you can cook real meals and save some money. The wifi is rock solid – I spent a whole afternoon working from the living area and never had connection issues. Check-in was smooth too, no standing around lobbies or dealing with rushed front desk staff. The host clearly knows what travelers actually need versus what hotels think we need. Small touches like decent hangers, outlets where you actually want them, and shower pressure that doesn’t make you question your life choices. It’s those details that tell you someone who actually stays in places like this designed the space, not some corporate committee who’s never left their office building. I’d definitely come back here, especially if I’m in town for more than just a quick overnight – it’s the kind of place where you can actually settle in and feel comfortable.

  Квартира с хорошим дизайном, современной техникой, все новое, удобное, чистое. Много места, балкон и терраса. Приятно было общаться с хозяином квартиры – всегда был на связи, помогал нам то заказать такси, то арендовать яхту =)

  Апартаменты на отлично. В шаговой доступности магазины, кофейня, пекарня, аптека. . До моря 13 минут не спеша. Хозяин отзывчивый, приветливый. Дополнительно рассказал куда можно съездить рядом с Будвой. Какие места и пляжи посетить.
