Okay, so D&D Apartments 3 – I know the name sounds a bit generic, but honestly, don’t let that fool you. I’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s become my go-to spot when I need something that feels more like a temporary home than a typical hotel room. The whole setup is basically serviced apartments, which means you get a proper kitchen, separate living space, and – this is key – enough room to actually spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase.

The building itself has that solid, no-nonsense vibe that screams quality without trying too hard. You know what I mean? It’s not flashy, but everything just works. The elevators are quick, the hallways are wide enough that you’re not doing that awkward dance when someone’s coming the other way, and the soundproofing is actually decent – I mean, you might hear the occasional door closing, but it’s nothing like those paper-thin hotel walls where you know your neighbor’s entire life story by morning. Check-in was surprisingly smooth both times; they had my keys ready and the staff seemed to actually know who I was instead of that glazed-over look you get at big chain places.

What really sold me, though, was the practical stuff. The apartments come with full-sized appliances – and I’m talking about a real refrigerator, not one of those mini-bar contraptions. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook (the local markets are fantastic, by the way), but there are also tons of restaurants within walking distance if you can’t be bothered. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout the unit, which matters if you’re trying to work, and there’s actually good natural light in most rooms – something you don’t realize you miss until you’re stuck in a windowless cave somewhere else. Parking was straightforward when I had a rental car, though I’d recommend asking about it when you book since spots can fill up during busier periods. The 8.0 rating feels about right to me – it’s not perfect, but the things that matter most are handled really well, and honestly, the value is hard to beat for what you’re getting. It’s the kind of place where you settle in after the first day and think, “Yeah, I could actually live like this for a while.”

  The owner was very friendly and welcoming .The apartment was clean and spacious
  
  What could be improved: Parking is a huge issue .Very difficult for parking.Also since the apartment on the third floor, was difficult to carry all the luggage upto the room.
  Would be great if more white sheets and thick blankets were provided as we couldn't find any blankets

  Big apartment. Nice staff. Less than 10 minutes to the beach.
  
  What could be improved: Parking could be a problem. On the outside, the location and the surroundings were not very clean.

  Spacious room, very clean. Kitchen has what you need for a few nights there. 5 minute walk to the bus station, 10 minutes to a supermarket, 20 minutes to the old town.
  
  What could be improved: You have to hold the shower head to use it, which can be a little frustrating but not a big issue.The pans provided meant only 1 pan could properly fit on the hob at a time, which can make cooking a little annoying. The bed is also 2 singles pushed together.

  The accomodation is near from the coast. The air condition in booth room was perfect, and the WIFI was fast enough.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment was in a neglected and dirty housing estate and staircase. The contact was not in time, when we arrived. The communication was strange, because they wouldn't give us the name of the owner before we arrived there,they respond the questions late. It was a strange smell, when we entered in the flat (bathroom drain).
  We had to go to pay the tourist tax, not the owner or contact. ( The administrators of the turist office were very unfriendly.)

  Location is great for visiting Old town of Budva. The apartment was really clean and well maintained.
  
  What could be improved: Checking in was a little bit difficult, since the owner lives in another town. Parking is not private and secured, and there is no guarantee of parking space for the guests and we have some trouble finding parking spot, since the city was overcrowded because of the concert.

  The inside of place is clean and neat, not very far from beach so you can get there by walking. Also The wifi was good at the property.
  
  What could be improved: The lobby Nd outside of building is horrifying on cleanness. It was shocking when we first arrived. It is said that there is free parking but it's so crowded that it's very hard to find a parking spot. Also there is no venitilation in bathroom and no window, it becomes so damp in there.

  Το δωμάτιο είχε ότι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια. Πλυντήριο, κουζίνα, ιντερνετ κλπ. Άριστη τοποθεσία, 10 λεπτά από την παραλία και 15 λεπτά από την παλιά πόλη με τα πόδια. Ο οικοδεσπότης πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το parking ήταν λίγο δύσκολο, αλλά ακριβώς απέναντι από τον κεντρικό δρόμο έβρισκες με σχετική ευκολία. Θα ήμουν ευχαριστημένος αν η οικοδομή κατά την είσοδο είχε περισσότερη περιποίηση, αλλά το δωμάτιο ήταν σε γενικές γραμμές πάρα πολύ καλό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Επίσης στην ίδια περιοχή υπήρχαν φούρνοι και μεγάλα σουπερμάρκετ
