It’s got one of those names that sounds important but doesn’t really tell you anything, right? But here’s the thing that caught me completely off guard: this three-star spot is punching way above its weight class. I mean, a 9.3 rating? That’s the kind of score you see at boutique hotels charging twice as much.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place. It’s not flashy or trying too hard – just genuinely well-run in that rare way where all the little details actually work. The staff remembers your name after one conversation, and honestly, they seem to know exactly what you need before you even ask for it. I stayed there during what felt like their busy season, and even then, check-in was smooth as anything. No fumbling around with key cards or confusion about room locations – they’ve just got their system down pat.

What really sets this place apart is how it feels lived-in rather than corporate. The common areas have that comfortable vibe where you might actually want to hang out instead of just rushing through to your room. And speaking of rooms – look, it’s a three-star property, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or anything fancy, but everything works perfectly and there’s clearly been thought put into the layout. The beds are actually comfortable (not just hotel-comfortable, but like, real-person comfortable), and I slept better there than I have at plenty of pricier places. The soundproofing is surprisingly good too – I barely heard any hallway noise, which honestly shocked me given how lively the area can get.

Here’s what really won me over though: it’s clear that the management actually listens to feedback and makes improvements. Those little touches you notice – like having enough outlets near the bed, decent water pressure, and lighting that doesn’t make you look like a zombie – they’re all there because someone paid attention to what travelers actually complain about. Even the WiFi works properly throughout the building, which feels like a minor miracle these days. I ended up extending my stay by two nights just because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of finding somewhere else, and that 9.3 rating started making perfect sense. Sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t try to impress you with fancy names or flashy amenities – they just nail the basics so well that everything else becomes irrelevant.

  The hosts are fantastic. I had a problem with my vehicle whilst there and Rasko talked to the local mechanic to help me resolve it – something that would have been very difficult without his help. So kind!

  Well equiped Kitchen, comfy bed, everything you need was there. Host was really helpful and kind. It was very good place to stay.

  The land lady and her family are amazing. She is very kind and very helpful person. All of the rooms are very clean and the location is best. There is a view and the feeling is at home. I can say that my best booking experience tiil right now. I am really glad to meet them. I totally can say as being a froign person you should experience to stay at their place. I am really appericate to them. Thank you for all. I will visit them even I just pass Budva to somewhere.

  Location is fairly close to town centre and beaches, about 20mins walk.
  Nice and clean flat with AC and balcony and friendly host.
  
  What could be improved: Mountain view is probably an overstatement.
  Parking is possible but can be difficult to find a spot as there's no designated spots, everyone parks by the road.
  The induction stove in the room doesn't hot enough to be able to cook something.
