The thing about this hotel is that it gets the fundamentals right in a way that feels refreshing, especially in Budva where you can easily drop twice as much money and end up disappointed. The location is honestly perfect if you know the area – Prvomajska puts you close enough to hear the buzz of the Old Town (maybe a 7-minute walk?) but far enough that you’re not dealing with the late-night party chaos that can make the waterfront hotels feel like you’re sleeping inside a nightclub. I mean, Budva gets pretty wild during summer nights, so having that buffer zone is actually genius. The staff here seem to genuinely care about what they’re doing, which sounds like a small thing but makes such a difference when you’re trying to figure out where to grab the best burek in the morning or need directions to those hidden beaches the tour groups don’t know about.

What really struck me is how they’ve managed to create this comfortable, lived-in feeling without trying too hard – the rooms are clean and well-maintained, the air conditioning actually works (crucial in July heat, trust me), and there’s this attention to detail that you don’t always find at this price point.   Very nice place to stay in Budva. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable – has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Rooms are spacious. The host is very hospitable and helpful. He took us from the bus station, drove us to the airport for a very good price, helped us with printing boarding cards. He is very responsive. Thanks!

  The room got turned down everyday. it was clean and had a very good kitchen. The owners was very helpful with giving us directions. Overall a very good stay.
  
  What could be improved: Check out was 10am and we had a knock on the door by one of the owners to clean the room right on the dot. It was quite annoying that they wouldn’t give us a 5-10 minute leeway with such an early check out. The location wasn’t great, it was up two very big hills from the main town. Not great when you have bags on a 35 degree day.

  Very helpful and kind hosts, nice apartment with nice terrace. Comfortable beds. Oldtown and center is not far from the house. Nice neighborhood.
  
  What could be improved: Tiny bathroom. It is a little up in the mountains. Was not a problem for us, but be prepared for that phisically.
