The building itself has this understated European vibe, nothing flashy, just solid and welcoming in that way that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere real rather than some cookie-cutter hotel chain.

The apartments themselves are where Dom M really shines, and I think this is what pushes that 8.9 rating so high. Each unit actually feels like someone’s carefully thought-out home rather than a sterile hotel room. The kitchenettes aren’t just for show – I’m talking proper counter space, decent-sized fridge, and cookware that doesn’t make you want to order takeout immediately. The living areas have that lived-in comfort without being shabby, you know? Good natural light, furniture that’s actually comfortable to sink into after a long day of exploring. I particularly loved the little details – proper reading lamps by the beds, enough outlets where you actually need them (miracle!), and bathrooms with decent water pressure and space to spread out your stuff.

What really won me over, though, was how the staff treats you like a regular from day one. Check-in was refreshingly smooth – no upselling, no complicated explanations, just genuine helpfulness. They’ve got this way of giving recommendations that feel personal rather than rehearsed, and they actually remember your name after the first day. The location works really well too, tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with constant street noise, but you’re still within easy walking distance of the main attractions and some genuinely good local restaurants. Parking can be a bit of a dance if you’re driving, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for most European city centers. I’d definitely come back here – it’s got that rare combination of comfort, authenticity, and value that’s getting harder to find these days.
