Hotel Description
You know what strikes you first about Dudić apartmani? It’s actually positioned right in the sweet spot of Budva’s Old Town – like, you’re literally on Vuka Karadžića street, which means you can stumble out your door and be wandering those medieval stone alleys within thirty seconds. I mean, most places claim to be “in the heart” of somewhere, but this one actually delivers on that promise. The building itself has that Montenegrin coastal vibe going on, where modern comfort meets old-world charm without trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect.
What really gets me about this place is how they’ve managed to nail the apartment concept without making it feel like you’re staying in someone’s spare room. The spaces feel genuinely livable – honestly, I could see myself hanging out here for weeks rather than just a few nights. And here’s something you don’t always think about until you’re there: the sound situation is surprisingly good for being smack in Old Town. Sure, you’ll hear some evening chatter from the streets (which is half the charm, really), but it’s not like you’re trying to sleep above a nightclub. The thick walls of these older buildings actually work in your favor.
The location thing – I can’t stress this enough – puts you within a two-minute walk of Budva’s main attractions, but more importantly, you’re close to those little local spots that aren’t plastered all over TripAdvisor. There’s this bakery around the corner that locals actually use, and you can grab morning coffee without fighting through tourist crowds. Plus, when you want to hit the beach, you’re talking about a really short stroll down to the Adriatic. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area (welcome to any European old town), but honestly, once you’re settled in, you probably won’t want to move your car much anyway. The whole experience feels less like staying at a hotel and more like temporarily living somewhere pretty special – which, given that 9.1 rating, seems to be exactly what most people are looking for when they end up in Montenegro.
The concierge service in Budva can arrange exclusive boat tours, secure reservations at seaside restaurants, and organize visits to nearby Sveti Stefan and Kotor Bay.

It is in old town so you are in the touristic side of Budva. One side is neighbour to beach and Statu Ballerina and other side is neigbour to sea tours. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 dining room. It is a pretty big house for vacation. The host changes towels everyday.
Great location, very nice owner, everything perfect including the wifi. – Milan from Czech Republic – September 15, 2023 (10/10)
The apartment looks just like in the photos, it is large and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. Olga is very thoughtful, helpful, and friendly, it felt like visiting family friends. She even changed our towels every day while respecting our privacy. We needed the wifi frequently, and never had an issue with connection. The two closest beaches are about 5 minutes walk far, the beautiful Mogren beach about 10 minutes. We will happily return, and recommend this place to everyone who wants to experience the real Montenegran hospitality.

What could be improved: It’s hard to find the place because they don’t have any signPerfect location, suitable for family – Junqian from United Kingdom – July 15, 2023 (8/10)
The location is impeccable, located right in the middle of the old town. Few mins walk to the beach, and various restaurants. The one we booked has two bedrooms, each room has two single beds. The beds were ok, not super comfortable but ok. It has a working kitchen. The apartment is very suitable for family with young children. I couldn’t find the apartment based on Google map. I asked a shop keeper if she knows where it is. The shop keeper lady was very nice and called the number for me. Then the host Olga came pick us up. She is a kind elderly lady. She helped me with my luggage as I have my toddler son with me. After first two times, you will get a hang of it. Remember there’s only stairs. AC is available.
What could be improved: There is no kettle, no shampoo or shower gel provided. Remember to bring your own stuffs. We have really enjoyed the stay. Host is great, very welcoming and always willing to help. – Amidamaru777 from Poland – July 10, 2023 (10/10)
