Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about the Eurostars Queen of Montenegro? The name sounds way more dramatic than the actual place – but honestly, that’s not a bad thing. This 4-star spot has this understated elegance that grows on you, especially once you realize you’re not dealing with some over-the-top resort trying too hard to impress everyone.
The thing about Montenegro is that it’s still got this authentic feel that hasn’t been completely polished away by tourism yet, and this hotel actually captures that pretty well. The lobby has this warm, welcoming vibe – not too fancy, not trying to be something it’s not. I mean, with an 8.4 rating, you’re getting solid quality without the pretentious attitude you sometimes find at places that think they’re boutique hotels. The rooms are comfortable in that European way where everything just works without being flashy about it. Good beds (actually good, not just decent), and the bathrooms are modern enough that you don’t feel like you’re roughing it.
What I really appreciated – and this is something you don’t always think about until you’re there – is how the staff genuinely seems to know the area. Not just the tourist stuff everyone talks about, but like where to grab coffee in the morning that locals actually go to, or which restaurant won’t completely drain your wallet. The location works well too; you’re positioned where you can actually walk to places without needing to constantly figure out transportation, but you’re not right in the middle of whatever passes for the rowdy nightlife district. Parking isn’t a complete nightmare either, which if you’ve driven around this part of Europe, you know that’s worth mentioning. The breakfast situation is solid – nothing revolutionary, but they do it right with local touches that make it feel like you’re actually somewhere specific, not just any random hotel in any random city. I’d say if you’re looking for a place that delivers on the basics really well without any major surprises (good or bad), this hits that sweet spot where you feel like you got your money’s worth without breaking the bank.

Most of the staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
What could be improved: Rude behaviour of one or two staff the receptionÖzgür from Germany – 25 August 2024 (8/10)
The hotel has a very good design and atmosphere. The pool is really big and everyone is able to use it without disturbing any other. Also, the food was delicious.
What could be improved: The hotel view unfortunately is blocked by other buildings and you are looking to the road.Aleyna from Turkey – 25 August 2024 (7/10)

The beach near the hotel was good, but it’s better to use it in the morning when it’s less busy. The water could have been cleaner, though. The hotel provided sunbeds and umbrellas in their designated area. However, it would have been great to be informed about this at check-in. It would also help to have a sign marking this dedicated area so people know where to settle. Breakfast was good, especially the selection of pastries to my taste. They had a few options for gluten intolerant guests. It might be worth adding a little more variety to the menu to change it up from day to day. I love having fermented dairy products there. We were lucky to get enormous ensuite room, so can't complain really. There cleaning service was quite good. If I had some issues they resolve it quickly. The staff was friendly. Though I had some miscommunications with silver of three members due to me not speaking their language and some of them not speaking English. I must mention there was one problem: the balcony door, once you shut it close behind you can't get in unless someone helps you from inside. That was a real issue for me because I was on holiday with my little son, just two of us. Unfortunately, it happened to me twice during my stay that I carelessly stepped out on the balcony while my son was sleeping and automatically shut the door behind me. Thankfully it was the first floor and I called people to help me to call a staff member to enter my room and help me out. Maybe it's just me, I can day dream sometimes. It was fine after that, I got used to this "feature"🤭. Otherwise, everything was amazing: the swimming pools, the spa, the massage, the food in the restaurant (they a very good and friendl chief), the food in the bar.

I loved the pool and the room
What could be improved: I don't like the fact that pool closed at 7pm and breakfast finishes at 10:30am.. breakfast should be open until 11:30am make more senseAyşegül from Turkey – 24 July 2024 (9/10)
Hotel is so clean. You access everyting in this hotel. Their pool is very wide and clean. The breakfast is so rich, you can find any food for speacil consuming. The view is amazing. If I come back Budva, there is no doubt to come back Eurostars.

Great staff. The hotel is beautiful. The pool and beach access is amazing
What could be improved: The food during dinner needs to be reviewed. Not many options. Not good well enough.Ramiz from Albania – 14 May 2024 (9/10)
The room we stayed was very clean , we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning ladies cleaned the room even between 2 days of stay. Well done to the cleaning staff 🤌😀.
What could be improved: Booking states that parking is free in the hotel however on the day of arrival we were asked to pay 7 euros/night for our car. We wish we knew in advance as we knew for the tax fee to pay at the end of our stay. On the second day of our day, we send a message to request clarification in booking inbox but there was not any answer rather than an automatic message that says to go to the receptionist:(Armine from Armenia – 4 September 2023 (9/10)
I liked the clean and comfortable room, the staff, especially the women in reception who were so friendly and very supportive, open to any question regarding our stay. Towels are always present for pools and beach, etc. and there's no need to register the towels and you can take as many and times as you want during the day. Good breakfast, although almost the same things everyday.
What could be improved: It is said that the hotel is 150m far from the beach, but it's actually more (I think more than 300m).
It is also said that the hotel has private beach, but it's actually a pubic beach with a fee 15-20 euros.
The breakfast was good but almost the same things everyday.
