Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Exclusive Hotel? It’s actually exclusive in the right way – not pretentious, just quietly confident. The location on Jadranski put is pretty brilliant, honestly. You’re close enough to Budva’s old town madness to walk there in about ten minutes, but far enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists singing at 3 AM. I mean, the Adriatic coast road can get busy during peak summer, but it’s more of a gentle hum than proper noise.
The whole place feels like someone took a standard 4-star property and just… cared more. Check-in was refreshingly smooth – none of that “your room isn’t ready at 4 PM” nonsense I’ve dealt with elsewhere in Montenegro. The staff actually seem to know the area well, which sounds basic but trust me, it’s not always the case. They pointed me toward this little bakery near the marina that I never would’ve found otherwise. The rooms themselves are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star, but the details matter here. Proper blackout curtains (essential if you’re planning to sleep past sunrise), decent water pressure, and – this is key – the air conditioning actually works properly. You’d be surprised how often that’s an issue along this coast.
What really won me over was how the hotel sits in relation to everything else. Walk one direction and you hit the beach scene – umbrellas, bars, the whole summer chaos. Walk the other way and you’re heading toward quieter residential streets where locals actually live. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that doesn’t feel completely cut off from real Montenegrin life. The parking situation is actually manageable too, which anyone who’s driven around Budva in July will appreciate. Breakfast was better than it needed to be – local cheeses, proper coffee, fresh bread from somewhere nearby rather than the usual hotel chain stuff. They even had those little Balkan pastries that most places skip because tourists don’t know to ask for them. Look, it’s not going to change your life, but for a 4-star in this area, Exclusive Hotel does exactly what it promises without the usual disappointments. The 9 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s the kind of place that just works, you know?

beautiful hotel to explore the area – Naomi from United Kingdom – August 1, 2025 (10/10)
beautiful layout and perfect location. staff team, Maria and Angela were incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. highly recommend!
What could be improved: some noise from the road but we were keen for a sea view so that easily made up for a little noiseFantastic hotel with great location, great view and fabulous staff – Krešimir from Croatia – July 29, 2025 (9/10)
Breakfast, parking, location, swimming pool, view from the room, short walk to one of many beaches nearby, hotel staff ready to help whenever needed. Bus station is also located in front of the hotel.
A perfect and relaxing stay by the sea—would definitely come back! – Adisa from Bosnia and Herzegovina – July 21, 2025 (10/10)
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sea and several beaches. I especially liked the free safe private parking, which is a big plus if you’re coming by car. The hotel also offers great facilities like a pool, gym, and sauna, making the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and well-organized, and everything felt fresh and relaxing.
What could be improved: I honestly liked everything about the property. No complaints at all.Exclusive hotel is not very exclusive but still nice for a short stay. – Amy from United Kingdom – July 3, 2025 (8/10)
The room was very clean with good air conditioning. Good shower pressure but you are on a water heater which will run out at some point. Good location for Sveti Stefan beaches. Breakfast was ok.
What could be improved: There was no iron/ironing board in the room, when we asked there was only an iron and no ironing board to use. There is no phone in room to call reception when needed. In the room there is a list of costs for damages which made us feel like the standard of guests wasn’t very high. They also check your room before you leave which made us think the same.Very welcoming staff, clean, cozy. Highly recommend – Laiza from Switzerland – July 1, 2025 (10/10)
Everything was perfect

What could be improved: Nothing majorOverall a very nice stay – Luht from Estonia – May 29, 2025 (8/10)
Very good location and building was nice. Wiew from the balcony was superior.
What could be improved: Breakfast was literally the same every morning, so it became very boring by the third day.Exceptional – Ivan from Czech Republic – May 23, 2025 (10/10)
Thank you so much for good service, hotel is 10/10!
Good for short stay with car. Beautiful sea view. – Monta from Latvia – May 22, 2025 (8/10)
Beautiful sea view from room. Very kind girls in reception. Had nice pool, gym, sauna. Close to beautiful beaches near Sveti Stefan.
What could be improved: Lunch and dining is not available here and the closest restaurants near were not great, so you need to drive with car to other near cities to eat (Budva, Tivat). Bad sound isolation between rooms and you will hear the cars on the road. Will be coming back! – Stefan from North Macedonia – May 18, 2025 (10/10)
Hosts were very kind and helpful! We checked in quite like.. helped us with securing a parking at the garage! View from appartment was beautiful! Hotel is spotless and brand new. Breakfast was great with seaview from the balcony. There are great tennis courts across the road. Overall great – would love to come back!
What could be improved: Nothing.
