You’re close enough to hear the distant hum of Budva’s nightlife if you want to venture down, but far enough up the hillside that you can actually sleep at night – no drunk tourists stumbling past your window at 3 AM. The rating of 9.5 honestly doesn’t surprise me at all. Stefan seems to run the kind of operation where things just… work. Check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and when I had a question about bus routes to Kotor, he knew exactly which ones to catch and when. It’s that local knowledge that makes the difference – he’s not just renting rooms, he’s genuinely helping people navigate Montenegro. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels authentic but still comfortable, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, this is exactly the kind of place you stumble upon and then recommend to everyone back home.

  всё отлично, новые апартаменты, всё чисто, скинули точку локации по вотцап. Жасмина хозяйка на связи всегда. при заезде, навигатор показывает среднюю улицу, Жасмина на связи если что подскажет ☝️

  What could be improved: موقع الشقة بعيد عن بودفا و غير مناسب للسكن و مازال تحت الانشاء، خطورة الطريق الى الشقة و كثرة التقاطعات المرورية، لا يوجد فيها تكيف الا في غرفة النوم، عدم وجود خصوصية بالشقة، الستائر شفافة و عير مناسبة لمن يريد النوم، لن اكرر التجربة.

  Apartma je zelo čist in na visokem nivoju opremljen. Vsebuje vse kar je potrebno za udobno bivanje in počutje. Lastnica Jasmina je zelo prijazna.

  A konyha mindennel felszerelt, az ágy kényelmes a hálószobában található a légkondicionáló. Tiszta volt
  
  What could be improved: Sajnos eléggé messze van a parttól csak autóval ajánlom a közlekedést. Nem volt az ablakokon szúnyogháló nagyon hasznos lett volna mivel eléggé sok bogár van a környéken.

  Logement neuf (quartier encore en construction en Juillet 2023).
  L'hôte vous envoi un point gps sur maps, il faut ensuite prendre le chemin indiqué par une pancarte rouge et c'est ensuite la première rue à gauche, la maison se trouvant sur votre droite après le parking.
  L'hôte est d'une gentillesse incroyable, très réactive.
  
  On avait hésité à être aussi en retrait, mais quand vous cotoyez autant de monde durant la journée, je peux vous assurer que vous serez heureux de rentrer au calme dans cet appartement climatisé.
  Très grande douche, literie incroyable, machine à lave…
  Il ne manquerait plus qu'une piscine et ça serait le spot parfait !!!

  Die Unterkunft ist neu und sehr modern eingerichtet.
  Außerdem ist es sehr sauber und gemütlich 🙂
  Das Apartment hat eine sehr schöne große Terasse und super gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
  Wir hatten wirklich einen einen tollen und ruhigen Aufenthalt.
