I mean, I’ve seen plenty of hotels inflate their scores, but this four-star villa in Rezevici honestly delivers on the hype. The location is pretty brilliant – you’re tucked away from the main coastal chaos but still close enough to hit Budva or Petrovac when you want some action. Rezevici itself is this quiet little village that most tourists zip past on their way to bigger towns, which honestly works in your favor because you get that authentic Montenegro vibe without fighting crowds for a decent photo spot.

The villa itself has this family-run feel that’s becoming harder to find along the Adriatic coast. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no corporate nonsense, just genuine people who actually seem to care whether you have a good time. The rooms are spacious enough that you’re not tripping over suitcases, and here’s something I appreciated: the walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from next door. Small detail, but it matters when you’re trying to sleep off a day of beach hopping. The breakfast situation is solid too – proper local cheese and bread, not the generic buffet stuff you get at chain hotels. They’ve got this little terrace where you can eat while looking out toward the coast, and honestly, starting your day there beats rushing around crowded hotel dining rooms.

What really sets this place apart is how it works as an actual base for exploring. You’re maybe ten minutes from some of the prettiest beaches in Montenegro – I’m talking about those hidden coves that locals don’t advertise much. The family running the place will point you toward spots that aren’t overrun with tour buses, which is worth its weight in gold during summer season. Parking is straightforward (trust me, this matters more than you think in coastal Montenegro), and you’re close enough to mountain trails if you want a break from beach life. I stayed here during shoulder season in late September, and it was perfect – warm enough for swimming, cool enough for hiking, and quiet enough to actually relax. The villa manages to hit that sweet spot between comfort and character that makes you want to extend your stay rather than check another destination off your list.

  Really lovely position and beautiful view, this is a villa which is perfect for a very peaceful holiday. Easy to reach the beach at Sveti Stevan, Petrovac and Budhva. Modern and really well equipped (and very clean), it is also the type of place you can stay with family/friends and enjoy the view and pool.

  You feel the that this villa is brand new. The view is amazing. Privacy is 100% secured because it's a little higher than the other buildings. Pool is nice. we should stay longer

  Maison exceptionnelle, très bien pensée, propre, la vue est magnifique. Dans chaque pièce, on a cette merveilleuse vue, c'est incroyable!. Le restaurant italien, à 5 minutes à pieds est vraiment à faire!

  – و غرف النوم مافيها ستاير كلها يعني يدخل نور الشمس.
  – معزولة شوي فوق يعني اذا معك سيارة حلو بس اذا لا بتجلس كل وقتك بالفيلا.
