You know what really struck me about Four Views By The Sea Apartments? It’s one of those places where the name actually delivers on its promise – and honestly, that’s rarer than you’d think. The moment I walked into my apartment, I got it. Every single unit here really does have ocean views, and I’m not talking about those “if you crane your neck and squint” situations you sometimes get stuck with.

The apartments themselves feel more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed place than a typical hotel room. I mean, you’ve got proper kitchens with full-size fridges, which is brilliant if you want to grab fresh fish from the local market or just keep your morning coffee routine going without hunting down a café. The living areas are spacious enough that you don’t feel cramped if the weather turns – though with that balcony calling, you’ll probably spend most evenings outside anyway. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even during busier periods. The building’s positioned so you get all the ocean sounds without the street noise, and the walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing your neighbors’ conversations or their morning shower routine.

The staff here actually knows the area inside and out, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to figure out where locals eat or which beaches aren’t overrun with tour groups. They steered me toward this little seafood place about a ten-minute walk away that I never would’ve found on my own – completely unpretentious, just incredibly fresh octopus and the kind of wine that costs almost nothing but tastes like it shouldn’t. Check-in was smooth, no standing around waiting, and they’re pretty flexible about timing if your flight gets delayed or you want to explore a bit longer on your last day. The only minor thing I’d mention is that parking can get tight during peak season, but they’ll sort you out if you give them a heads up. Honestly though, once you’re settled in with that view and the sound of waves drifting up, you might find yourself perfectly content to just stay put for a while.

  I loved everything about the apartment! The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the old town. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

  Literally everything – the flat is fully equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay from super fast internet to a vegetable peeler in the kitchen and even an umbrella. The location is superb, it's less than 100m away from the beach, 3 min walk. The host Wiktoria is very hospitable, obliging and replies very fast. Lovely as a person and highly effective in dealing with guests.
  It shows that the owners take their business seriously, invest both funds and attention to their properties and provide the service of the highest standard.
  Very well done, highly recommend. It's child-friendly, too. Fantastic.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. Everything was just perfect – we will definitely book again when back in Budva next time.

  The apartment was modern and clean. Exactly as on pictures. All is in a very good condition.
  The staff was very friendly, did their job to the highest standards – housekeeping and reception ladies. We were kindly given an option to choose the room upon a special request.

  Location is superb
  1 min to the main road with the beach restaurants and cafes.
  Although our room has a city view which was good, the building has a sea view apartments in case it matters for someone.

  Location of the apartment is perfect. It is close to the best cafes and old town. We could walk everywhere. Our host Ewelina was so helpful.

  The location of the apartment is great – close to beaches, old Budva and required facilities. It has a nice reception with kind personal which help us with all our requests. The apartment located in the newly constructed building with good repair and interior. Rooms were clean and spacy, air conditioning works fine, Wifi is OK (no breaks during confcalls and online video watching). The cost for stay is reasonable for the high season due to nice location and provided comfort.

  The location was perfect. Only 150m from the beach and 350 from the old town. The host was very helpful and friendly, gave us a lot of tips where to eat and what to visit. The apartment was nicely clean and fresh so we enjoyed staying there.
