You know what surprised me most about Guest house Duletic? It’s one of those places that completely breaks the star rating system – I mean, sure, it’s technically a 3-star property, but honestly, the experience feels way more premium than that suggests. Sometimes you stumble onto these hidden gems that just get everything right, and this is definitely one of them.

The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about this place. It’s not flashy or trying too hard, but everything feels thoughtfully put together. The rooms have that perfect balance of being spotless without feeling sterile – you know how some places are so pristine they make you nervous to touch anything? This isn’t that. The beds are genuinely comfortable (and I’m picky about mattresses), and the linens actually smell fresh, not like industrial detergent. There’s proper hot water pressure too, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but somehow always is when you’re traveling.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to detail that you don’t always find at this price point. The staff seems to actually remember you after the first day – not in an overly familiar way, but they’ll ask how your day went or remember if you mentioned plans. Check-in was smooth, no weird complications or surprise fees that pop up later. Parking was straightforward, which can be a real headache depending on where you are. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building (tested it in the lobby, room, and even outside), and it’s fast enough for video calls if you need to work. The whole place runs quietly too – no slamming doors at all hours or paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation. I slept really well, which for me is the ultimate test of any accommodation. You can tell they’ve put thought into the little things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere, rather than just focusing on flashy amenities you’ll never use.

  A very quiet and peaceful place. The place has everything you may need. Niko and Mira are super sweet and ready to help with anything.
  We stayed for five days and at the end we didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend for anyone who likes to stay closer to nature.

  Very kind ower and her parents, the lovely garden and balcony, especially the swimming pool, my kids really really love it and me too, perfect for family, also fantastic view from property,

The host was exceptional – welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions I had The location was brilliant, situated perfectly for exploring all the main attractions and local gems.   Amazing views from the property, the lady in charge is wonderful and very sweet. Fully equipped and, if needed, you can ask for any other thing to use.

  Spacious very clean guest house in a nice quite area. We have 2 dogs with us and they have been welcomed with open arms, get on great with the resident dog and we feel confident letting them run about knowing they are safe.
  Wonderful veggie patches and grape vines everywhere which you are welcome to graze.
  Beautiful pool area with family made statues, perfect place for tanning and cooling off with a dip.

  What could be improved: Internet can sometimes be a little slow when we need to make video calls or upload things for work.

  Great location (near to Budva but still in the quite village), everything solid and clean, beautiful garden to enjoy your time, great and brightly clear swimming pool. And Marco and his mother are really attentive and helpful hosts, they contributed to our comfort and pleasant time very much.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen equipment (not enough knives to cut), but hosts give you everything you ask (for us they provided us with pancake cooker).
