My room was simple but thoughtfully arranged — clean white walls, decent-sized windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how many places seal you in), and air conditioning that works without sounding like a jet engine. The bathroom was compact but functional, with good water pressure and hot water that didn’t take forever to arrive. What I appreciated most was the attention to small details — fresh towels that didn’t smell like bleach, a bedside lamp positioned where you can actually read, and outlets in logical places.

Mornings here have this relaxed rhythm that I found myself settling into quickly. The hosts — and yes, you actually interact with real people here, not just desk clerks — seem genuinely interested in making sure you’re comfortable. They’ll give you honest recommendations about beaches (skip the crowded main ones, head to Jaz instead) and where to grab dinner that won’t cost you a week’s salary. The whole operation feels family-run in the best possible way, where someone actually cares if you had a good night’s sleep.

  Good location, close to the bus station. Nice balcony. Good shared kitchen space. Clean bathroom.
  
  What could be improved: The host was quite rude over text when I was briefly confused / mixed up this booking with my next booking even though I quickly corrected my mistake and apologised. Host doesn't pay tourist tax for you, make sure to set aside time in the first 24 hours of arriving to pay it. The hosts didn't provide information on where to go or their details needed to pay the tourist tax, we also weren't told that we had to go within the first 24 hours of arriving, we almost incurred a very expensive fee at the tax office because of this.

  The apartment was clean and there was every comforts what I need. The location is perfect in nearby of bus station.
  
  What could be improved: Toilet isn't including in the apartment. It is at different place.

  What could be improved: I think it was too expensive for what it was really. Far from the coast, bathroom with no shower door so water was everywhere. Quite small, simple room for 50 euro a night.

  What could be improved: The bathroom needs a good amount of cleaning. The lock on our door was very difficult to use, it also seemed like it’s been broken several times.

  The staff is very friendly and everything in the house is available, there is a parking place and the centre is 15 minutes walk. Also, we were surprised to see that it is the same house we stayed at 20 years ago, and to see Ivan as a young, grown person.

  A very nice place, we felt at home. I stayed with my two daughters and everybody was more than happy with the accomodation. The owners are ready to help but not annoying) Room size (a small apartment) is just good. We had also a kitchen with fridge at our disposal.
  Guest house is only 7 min away from the bus station of Budva, so it was convenient.
