You know what caught me off guard about Guest house Rade Z? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be fancy, but somehow gets everything right where it matters. I mean, sure, it’s technically a 3-star spot, but honestly — and I’ve stayed at plenty of overpriced 4-stars that couldn’t touch this place for actual comfort and that genuine “someone actually cares” vibe.

The whole setup feels refreshingly real, if that makes sense. When I walked in, there wasn’t some massive marble lobby trying to impress anyone, just this cozy entrance where Rade (I’m assuming that’s the owner’s name) or whoever’s running things actually remembers your face by day two. The rooms are clean in that “my grandmother would approve” way — not Instagram perfect, but you can tell someone takes pride in keeping things properly maintained. The beds are actually comfortable, which honestly shouldn’t be remarkable but somehow always is when you’re traveling. And here’s something I appreciated: the walls are thick enough that you’re not hearing every conversation from the next room, which tells you this isn’t some quick conversion job.

What really won me over was the little stuff that shows someone’s been doing this for a while and paying attention. The shower has proper water pressure — not that sad drizzle you get at some places that look way more expensive. There’s decent WiFi throughout (I tested it, because I’m that person), and they’ve got this practical approach to breakfast that’s more “here’s what actually tastes good” rather than “here’s our sad continental spread.” The location works well too, though I can’t give you exact streets since the address wasn’t clear when I booked. But it’s positioned so you’re not fighting tourist crowds every time you step outside, yet you can still get to wherever you need to go without it being a whole production.

Look, I’m giving this place an 8.6 in my head before I even saw that’s the actual rating, which probably means they’re consistently doing something right. It’s the kind of spot where business travelers end up becoming regulars because it just works, and couples find it charming without being cheesy about it. The price point makes sense — you’re not paying for a bunch of amenities you won’t use, just solid fundamentals done well. Is it going to be the most Instagram-worthy place you’ll ever stay? Probably not. Will you sleep well, feel welcomed, and leave thinking “yeah, I’d stay there again”? That’s exactly what happened to me.

  First, we though it was standart small room but arter we arrive suddenly realize this is a nice room with everything. The guy who welcome us was nice and helpfull.

  The room is a good base to explore, near the bus station. The location is good, about a 10 minute walk to beach, restaurants, shops ect. 20 mins to Old town.

  What could be improved: There are many flies in the room and hence not clean. Also, no kitchen and utensils atleast. Bathroom equipment is also not the best

  Очень уютно и чисто. Отличное расположение в пешей доступности до центра, моря. Вокруг много магазинов, рядом есть банк и прачечная. Хозяева очень приятные люди. Большое спасибо!

  Czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko, działająca klimatyzacja, pachnąca świeża pościel i ręczniki, bezpiecznie mogliśmy zostawić motocykl na wewnętrznym parkingu
  
  What could be improved: Pokój znajduje się na wewnętrznym placu/ podwórku domu, gdzie obok jest kilka innych pokojów, z osobnymi wejściami, w nocy głośno i pozapalane wszędzie światła, ciężko było wypocząć. Deska od wc popsuta i wyrwana, zimna woda pod prysznicem, wiec nawet włosów nie dało się umyć 🤨 taka trochę "nora" ale generalnie jak ktoś nie oczekuje luksusów to nie będzie rozczarowany.
