You’ll skip most of the tourist bottleneck and stumble across this little bakery that does the best burek in town – opens at 6 AM if you’re an early riser. The beaches are close enough that you can pop back to the apartment when the afternoon sun gets too intense (and it will, especially in July and August). Parking can be tricky around Budva generally, but the area around Harmony is more manageable than the absolute madness closer to the marina. I actually managed to find street parking most days, though I’d still recommend getting there before 9 AM if you’re driving.

What really sets this place apart – and this might sound weird – is how quiet it gets at night. You’re still hearing the distant hum of Budva’s nightlife, but it’s more like a gentle reminder that fun exists rather than bass thumping through your walls. The owner clearly gets that travelers want options: party when you want to party, sleep when you want to sleep. That 9.5 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve stayed there a few days. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place on the coast, but everything just… works.
