The walk down to the water from the parking area is a bit of a hike, but worth it. If you’re feeling ambitious, Mogren Beach near the old town is gorgeous but gets packed – go early morning or late afternoon.

Parking at La Musica is straightforward, which anyone who’s driven around Budva in summer will tell you is not a given. The neighborhood itself is residential and quiet – you’ll hear roosters in the morning (which is either charming or annoying depending on your perspective), but it beats the sound of garbage trucks and delivery vans that wake you up in the city center.

The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me. It’s not luxury – the bathrooms are basic, the breakfast is simple, and don’t expect a pool or spa services. But it delivers on what matters: clean rooms, helpful staff, reasonable prices, and that sweet spot location where you can access everything without being in the thick of tourist chaos.
