We recently stayed at this house and had a pleasant experience. The property features a beautiful garden that provided a comfortable setting for our family meals outdoors, with a shaded seating area that was enjoyable.
The private, secure parking space was convenient. We had a rented car, and the parking area was spacious enough to accommodate a larger vehicle, which was reassuring.
The house is located just a few minutes walk from the old city. Nearby, there is a small shopping center with a supermarket and two restaurants, which was handy for quick errands and meals. We also found another supermarket on the way to the old city, making it easy to stock up on essentials.
The hosts were kind and welcoming, ensuring we had what we needed. They had stocked the refrigerator with some basic items, including a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch. As a farewell gesture, they gifted us with fresh mandarins.
What could be improved: While the house's exterior appeared renovated and well-maintained, the interior was a different story.
The two bathrooms particularly require attention. It's unclear why both are necessary, but neither is well-maintained. The boiler heats water to a dangerously high temperature, so we had to be cautious when adjusting it. Additionally, one of the shower pipes was leaking. Each bathroom included a washing machine, which seemed redundant; a dryer would have been more useful instead of one of the washing machines.
The cleanliness was not satisfactory, especially in the kitchen. Some of the plates, glasses, and silverware seemed unclean. The electric kettle was full of limescale, so we used a kettle on the cooktop to boil water. Понравилось месторасположение дома рядом с рынком, продуктовым магазином, пекарней, близко Старый город, набережная, пляжи, но при этом на территории дома очень тихо и спокойно. Имеются 2 просторных санузла с душевыми кабинами, стиральными машинами, водонагревателями, горячей воды хватало всем проживающим. Просторная кухня с большим столом, за которым собиралась вся наша большая семья. Большой холодильник, морозильная камера, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь очень порадовали нас. Имеется уютная гостиная с диваном, торшером. В каждой комнате, в том числе на кухне кондиционеры. Территория очень приятная с многочисленными растениями (виноград, хурма, мандарины и т д, гортензии, пальмы и даже елки!), качелями и беседкой с большим столом. Сюрпризом было наличие семьи черепах! чему дети очень обрадовались. Собственная парковка для авто. Из этого дома не хотелось уезжать, все было по-домашнему приятно.

Расположение. Близость к морю. Планировка комнат. Удобные кровати. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. 2 санузла. Участок у дома. Газон. Беседка. Качели. Наличие всей нужной бытовой техники и посуды. Достаточное количество подушек, одеял, полотенец. Моющие средства, мыло, шампуни . Чай, кофе, алкоголь.
Очень уютно. В доме есть абсолютно всё что нужно для жизни. Очень нас порадовал двор, который просто утопает в зелени. Пальмы, виноград, разные деревья и цветы. Беседка. Качели. И три черепашки периодически приходили и радовали нас своим присутствием.
Хозяева всегда на связи. Спасибо им большое за такой радушный прием.

Spacious house with amazing garden and pergola. The facilities are great. 2 washing machines, full kitchen. We felt right at home. Excellent location – a block from the marina and 8 minute walk from the Old City. Definitely recommend.

מעולה למשפחות שאוהבות להתארגן בעצמם עם מטבח מאובזר, שתי מקלחות, מכונת כביסה מדיח תנור ועוד.. מארחים מקסימים (לא ממש דוברי אנגלית, אבל נעזרים בבת שלהם) הגינה ירוקה ונעימה לשבת בה (גם אותנו ביקרו הצבים) . מומלץ בחום!

Пляж в минутах 10-ти от дома. Магазин и рынок рядом,в 2-х шагах. Зелёный большой двор,мангал,беседка. Уютный дом для компании,два отдельных санузла,2 стиральные машины,посудомойка,сплит система под каждым окном. Рекомендую всем!!!
