Hotel Anita Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Hotel Anita in Bečići, you immediately get that feeling of a place that knows what it’s doing without trying too hard. This three-star property sits right along Jadranski put — honestly, you can’t get much closer to the beach without sleeping on the sand. The building itself has that Mediterranean charm that feels authentic rather than touristy, which I really appreciated after staying at some of the more flashy places along the coast.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re technically in Bečići, but Budva‘s old town is just a pleasant 15-minute walk along the waterfront promenade. The hotel’s position means you get the best of both worlds: the slightly quieter Bečići beach scene during the day, but easy access to Budva’s restaurants and nightlife when you want it. Couples seem to really get this balance — I mean, there’s a reason they rate the location so highly. The beach access is basically right there, and you know what? The water here is actually cleaner than some of the busier stretches closer to Budva’s center.
The Room Experience
My room was simple but thoughtfully arranged — clean lines, decent-sized windows, and that crucial air conditioning that actually works properly. Nothing fancy, but everything you need was there and functioning well. The bathroom was compact but modern, and I particularly liked that they’d clearly renovated recently without losing that local character. The view from my balcony looked out toward the water, though honestly, you’ll spend most of your time on the beach anyway.
Breakfast & Dining
The buffet breakfast surprised me in the best way — it’s not huge, but they focus on doing the basics really well. Fresh local bread, good coffee (which matters more than people realize), and they actually had some regional specialties mixed in with the standard European fare. The restaurant area has this relaxed morning vibe where you can take your time without feeling rushed. I found myself lingering over coffee most mornings, planning out beach time or day trips to places like Sveti Stefan.
Why Guests Love It
What really works about Hotel Anita is that it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re comfortable — not in an over-the-top way, just in that straightforward Montenegrin hospitality style. The location rating speaks for itself, but it’s more than just proximity to the beach. You’re positioned perfectly for exploring this part of the coast, whether that’s wandering into Budva’s old town, taking a boat trip, or just claiming your spot on one of Montenegro’s most beautiful beaches. For a three-star property, it punches above its weight in all the ways that actually matter when you’re traveling.
Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

What could be improved: on main busy and noisy streetJurate from Lithuania – 20 September 2024 (8/10)
The studio was clean and near the beach.
What could be improved: The balcony side was in a big street. Very noisy.
The meal for breakfast wasn't warm for example fried eggs.Andon from North Macedonia – 5 September 2024 (7/10)
The hotel is close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.
What could be improved: The hotel is next to the main street and there is a lot of traffic noise.Tomoyuki from Japan – 29 August 2024 (9/10)
Located in the central of Becici
Easy to access to the beach, shops and restaurants
Friendly staffs and comfortable room
What could be improved: Located along the big road, then a bit noisyIsrafilova from Azerbaijan – 20 July 2024 (7/10)
First of all I would like to emphasise great supportive and nice personnel who met us with a great smile and all ten days support us with any issues!
Great location, easy to reach beach (5 min), bus station, restaurant, market, pastry etc.
What could be improved: There was not any hanger in the bathroom, no body lotion. Only one type of bread and not the best one.
If you want to attract more tourists, the hotel owner should take all comments into consideration and try all the best to retain these girls (personnel) who filled out all the gaps 🙂Intigam from Russia – 23 June 2024 (9/10)
Room was big, with new furniture, balcony and kitchen. Everything worked nice. Very supportive staff. Good breakfast. Not far away from beach (around 5-minute walk).
Irina from Serbia – 11 July 2023 (9/10)
Location is convenient (5 mins to the beach using stairs but you can escape them and choose another way which will take 7-10 mins), room was clean. Cleaning and towel’s changing was done on a daily basis. Temperature in the room was comfortable without using AC. Breakfasts were okay. The stuff are friendly and helpful.
Good place for a short-term stay. Perfect for a single traveler, might be tight for two people.
What could be improved: Noise from the road is super strong that’s why you need to keep door closed all the time. There are not shelves or hooks in the bathroom so there is no place to put your stuff except for the sink.
There is small kitchen with the stove but you will not have a dish to cook or to warm up your food. There are 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, cezve and 1! tea spoon. Some sockets didn’t workRuth from United Kingdom – 11 July 2023 (7/10)
The room was big and comfortable with a balcony and clean. The ambience was good. The staff are very polite and friendly
What could be improved: *We had a scare where there was a random unknown man knocking at the room door for about 15 mins even after we told him he had the wrong wrong. He sounded intoxicated and refused to leave. (Scary experience). The Hotel staff apologised.
*There was no intercom to call reception as this incidence was happening so i felt stuck with just hopes that he would leave
*It had a kitchenette with no utensils to cook.Milena from Serbia – 25 June 2023 (7/10)
The location was great.
What could be improved: The parking lot was terrible, once you have parked, of course if you are lucky to find a free parking lot, since there are only 6,7, I think, it is hardly possible that you will go anywhere by car until the end of your stay since the garage is hard to access and the parking lots are so narrow. Moreover, there is an extra charge for the parking lot, 5 e a day, which is overpriced and no one tells you in advance.
We made a reservation on Booking, and we paid 10e more on check out, we do not know why.Mordechai from Israel – 24 June 2023 (9/10)
