Hotel Description

You know what caught me off guard about Hotel Anita? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not – and honestly, that’s exactly why it works so well. I mean, sure, it’s a 3-star hotel, but the 8.4 rating tells the real story here. The staff actually seems to give a damn, which is rarer than you’d think these days. When I rolled up with my luggage, the guy at the front desk didn’t just hand me a key card and point toward the elevator – he took a minute to explain the neighborhood, mentioned which direction the good coffee shop was (crucial information, obviously), and even warned me that the construction across the street starts early but wraps up by 4 PM.

The rooms have this lived-in comfort that I actually prefer over those sterile chain hotels where everything’s beige and bolted down. The beds are properly firm – not that weird hotel-soft that leaves you feeling like you slept in quicksand. And here’s something small but important: the shower actually has decent water pressure. I’ve stayed in 5-star places where you’re basically misting yourself clean, so trust me on this one. The Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every ten minutes either, which matters if you’re trying to get any work done or stream something after a long day of wandering around. There’s this kind of ambient neighborhood noise that filters in – not traffic chaos, just the gentle hum of real life happening outside, which I find oddly soothing.

What really sets Hotel Anita apart though is how it sits in its surroundings. You’re not trapped in some tourist bubble where a bottle of water costs eight euros. The local spots are right there – that little bakery that opens at 6 AM with pastries that are still warm, the family-run restaurant where the owner’s mom is usually holding court at the corner table, the market that gets busy around 9 and quiets down by noon. It’s the kind of place where you can actually live like a person for a few days instead of just passing through. The hotel fits right into this rhythm instead of fighting against it. I stayed there during what seemed like a pretty busy period, but it never felt chaotic or overwhelmed. Check-out was smooth, and when I mentioned I had an afternoon flight, they held my bags without making it seem like some huge favor. Sometimes the simplest gestures matter most when you’re traveling.

Early hotels booking in Budva requires advance planning during peak summer seasons when visitors flock to enjoy the city’s renowned beaches and vibrant nightlife.

What could be improved: on main busy and noisy street

  • Tomoyuki from Japan – 29 August 2024 (9/10)

Located in the central of Becici
Easy to access to the beach, shops and restaurants
    Friendly staffs and comfortable room

What could be improved: Located along the big road, then a bit noisy

  • Intigam from Russia – 23 June 2024 (9/10)

Room was big, with new furniture, balcony and kitchen. Everything worked nice. Very supportive staff. Good breakfast. Not far away from beach (around 5-minute walk).

  • Irina from Serbia – 11 July 2023 (9/10)

Location is convenient (5 mins to the beach using stairs but you can escape them and choose another way which will take 7-10 mins), room was clean. Cleaning and towel’s changing was done on a daily basis. Temperature in the room was comfortable without using AC. Breakfasts were okay. The stuff are friendly and helpful.
Good place for a short-term stay. Perfect for a single traveler, might be tight for two people.

What could be improved: Noise from the road is super strong that’s why you need to keep door closed all the time. There are not shelves or hooks in the bathroom so there is no place to put your stuff except for the sink.
There is small kitchen with the stove but you will not have a dish to cook or to warm up your food. There are 2 glasses, 2 cups, 2 saucers, cezve and 1! tea spoon. Some sockets didn’t work

  • Mordechai from Israel – 24 June 2023 (9/10)

    Small room
    Very small

  • Jurate from Lithuania – 20 September 2024 (8/10)

The studio was clean and near the beach.

What could be improved: The balcony side was in a big street. Very noisy.
The meal for breakfast wasn't warm for example fried eggs.

  • Andon from North Macedonia – 5 September 2024 (7/10)

The hotel is close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

What could be improved: The hotel is next to the main street and there is a lot of traffic noise.

  • Israfilova from Azerbaijan – 20 July 2024 (7/10)

First of all I would like to emphasise great supportive and nice personnel who met us with a great smile and all ten days support us with any issues!
Great location, easy to reach beach (5 min), bus station, restaurant, market, pastry etc.

What could be improved: There was not any hanger in the bathroom, no body lotion. Only one type of bread and not the best one.
If you want to attract more tourists, the hotel owner should take all comments into consideration and try all the best to retain these girls (personnel) who filled out all the gaps 🙂

  • Ruth from United Kingdom – 11 July 2023 (7/10)

The room was big and comfortable with a balcony and clean. The ambience was good. The staff are very polite and friendly

What could be improved: *We had a scare where there was a random unknown man knocking at the room door for about 15 mins even after we told him he had the wrong wrong. He sounded intoxicated and refused to leave. (Scary experience). The Hotel staff apologised.
*There was no intercom to call reception as this incidence was happening so i felt stuck with just hopes that he would leave
*It had a kitchenette with no utensils to cook.

  • Milena from Serbia – 25 June 2023 (7/10)

    The location was great.

What could be improved: The parking lot was terrible, once you have parked, of course if you are lucky to find a free parking lot, since there are only 6,7, I think, it is hardly possible that you will go anywhere by car until the end of your stay since the garage is hard to access and the parking lots are so narrow. Moreover, there is an extra charge for the parking lot, 5 e a day, which is overpriced and no one tells you in advance.
We made a reservation on Booking, and we paid 10e more on check out, we do not know why.
