The housekeeping team somehow manages to clean around your stuff without making you feel like they rearranged your entire life, and the concierge genuinely knows the area well enough to give you directions like a local would. I asked about finding good coffee nearby (hotel coffee is fine but you know how it is) and got pointed to this little spot two blocks over that I never would have found otherwise. Check-in was smooth even though I showed up way earlier than I should have, and they stored my bags without making me feel like I was asking for a huge favor. The whole experience just felt… easy, I guess? Like they’ve figured out all those tiny friction points that usually make hotel stays slightly annoying and just eliminated them. With a 9.5 rating, you’d expect it to be good, but this place actually lives up to the hype without feeling pretentious about it.
