Hotel Description

You know what struck me first about Hotel Premier? The lobby actually feels like a place you’d want to hang out, not just rush through to get to your room. There’s this warm lighting situation going on – not those harsh fluorescents that make everyone look tired – and the staff behind the front desk seemed genuinely happy to see guests walk in. I mean, maybe they’re just really good at their jobs, but the check-in felt more like a conversation than a transaction.

The whole place has this solid, established vibe that you get with good four-star properties. Nothing’s trying too hard to be trendy, but everything works the way it should. The rooms are honestly bigger than I expected – you can actually open your suitcase without doing gymnastics around the bed. What I really appreciated was the attention to small stuff that matters when you’re traveling: plenty of outlets near the bed (finally!), a desk that’s actually usable if you need to get work done, and bathroom lighting that doesn’t make you look like you’re recovering from something serious. The beds are properly firm without being like sleeping on concrete – I’m picky about this because hotel beds usually go way too soft or way too hard.

Here’s the thing about Hotel Premier that really sets it apart – the service feels genuine without being overwhelming. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in what they do, and the maintenance is spot-on. You know how some hotels have that one elevator that’s always “under repair” or air conditioning that sounds like a helicopter landing? None of that here. Everything just… works. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period (lots of business travelers in the restaurant), but the place never felt chaotic or understaffed. The restaurant situation is solid too – not groundbreaking food, but well-executed classics that hit the spot after a long day. Their breakfast setup is particularly good if you’re the type who actually wants to start the day properly instead of grabbing something from a vending machine.

What really sealed it for me was overhearing other guests at checkout talking about extending their stays or already planning return trips. That 8.6 rating isn’t just numbers on a screen – you can feel it in the way the place runs. It’s not the flashiest hotel you’ll ever stay at, but it’s the kind of place that makes you think “yeah, I’d definitely book here again” when you’re packing up to leave. Sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a place that gets the fundamentals right and lets you focus on why you’re traveling in the first place.

Budva hotels provide guests with luxurious accommodations in Montenegro’s premier coastal destination, known for its crystal-clear waters and medieval architecture.

The hostess of this hotel is amazing, all staff is pleasant. My room was pretty cosy. There are big balcony in the room. Bed comfortable and bathroom really great.

What could be improved: Location a littele bit uncomfortable.

Our room had a balcony with a table and chairs. We enjoyed relaxing there and watching the sunrise and sunset. We were also able to hang out wet towels and bathing suits to dry from there. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Ana, the receptionist, was very helpful.

What could be improved: The mattresses were stiff. For a four-star hotel, we were surprised our room didn’t have a teakettle for making tea and coffee. The location was not as central as we thought, but we grew accustomed to walking a lot. Lastly, the pool was very nice but needs to be monitored periodically. Throughout our weeklong stay, parents would leave their young children there unsupervised or try to watch them from the balcony of their rooms, and would let them monopolize the pool and act unruly. That is unfair to guests like us who—like them—paid for the use of the pool.

We liked this hotel. Clean, spacious room, a very spacious bathroom as well with a good rain shower. Nice balcony. Staff was very welcoming, provided all kind of information on Budva. The breakfast is a combination of a small open buffet with good coffee and some a la carte options. Certainly a hotel we would like to visit again.

What could be improved: Minor aspects: The room is heated with airconditioning, central heating would be better.
The hotel is a bit far from the centre of Budva. There is however a busstop about 200 m from the hotel, with every 30 min a bus (1,5 Euro)

I visited Hotel Premier in 2021 with my family and we were very satisfied with Hotel Premier, so since we have decided to visit Bečići again we had no doubt which hotel to book.
It was supposed to travel 4 of us so I have booked a nice looking family apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Once when it was already too late to cancel or change our booking, we found out that my son could not travel with us due to his exams schedule. Also, reading the latest reviews about Hotel Premier I found that they changed the breakfast structure and that there is no buffet breakfast anymore. Finally, they informed me that they could not keep a parking spot for our car in front of the hotel and that we would need to use some alternative payable parking spot. I must admit that I was a little concerned and disappointed about all the news I found a few days prior to my travel schedule.
    BUT, everything was almost perfect!
First of all, the apartment we booked was spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms 3 A/C devices, and 3 TVs,
Secondly, they solved our parking problem in a perfect way. We parked our car in a private garage just a 2-minute walk (using the shortcut) from Hotel Premier. We paid parking 5 EUR per day, but they deducted that amount from our final hotel bill. The car was safe, not exposed to the sun and we could use it whenever we wanted!
Breakfast was also fine. We could choose the main dish from the menu plus there was a small buffet with coffee, water, tea, cheese, butter, pies, and watermelon.
Finally, greetings to Ana and Kristina from Hotel Premier who were always there for us for everything we needed and always with a smile.
Since we needed to continue our summer journey, we needed to check out early in the morning and we could not have breakfast. But, they prepared something for us which was very kind.
I am sure that many guests are returning to Hotel Premier mostly because of the warm hospitality from the Hotel Premier staff.

What could be improved: I do not know why they changed the breakfast structure, but the buffet would be of course better for the guests. This option they have now is ok for a maximum of 7 days stay. After that, it may become monotone.
