The rooms are what I’d call thoughtfully simple – nothing fancy, but everything feels intentional. The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), and there’s this nice balance where you get enough space without feeling like you’re rattling around in some oversized suite. What really got me was the attention to small stuff – good reading lights, outlets where you actually need them, and bathroom fixtures that don’t feel cheap. The garden view rooms are worth the extra cost if you can swing it, especially in the morning when the light hits just right. You’ll hear some street noise if you’re facing out front, but it’s not the kind that keeps you up – more like gentle city background hum.

The staff here actually seem to know what they’re doing, which honestly isn’t always a given. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about getting around the area, the front desk guy gave me these specific local tips that you can tell came from someone who lives here, not just reads from a script. The breakfast setup is simple but solid – fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they don’t try to do too much. I appreciated that they focused on doing a few things well rather than offering some massive buffet with lukewarm everything.

Here’s the thing that really sets this place apart though – it just feels genuine. No pretense, no trying to be something it’s not. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you spend a night or two here. It’s the kind of spot where you sleep well, wake up refreshed, and don’t feel like you got nickeled and dimed for every little thing. The location puts you close enough to everything without being right in the thick of tourist chaos, and there’s decent parking if you’re driving (which, let’s be honest, matters more than most hotel descriptions want to admit).   I came back to this location for the third time. Even though a few years have passed since the last visit, the owners and the place have remained unchanged. Kind people and a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Budva. We came with two children, to relax and enjoy the vacation. Even if the beach is not very close, for us it was not a problem. We traveled by car and stayed all day at the seaside. We were able to park the car in the yard, which was a plus for us. Most cases do not offer parking. We will definitely come back next year.

  We had a wonderful time. The hospitality was overwhelming. We were welcomed with a bowl of figs and a few days later with another bowl of figs and grapes. The accommodation was great, a bit far from Budva, but with a beautiful garden. If you have a car this accommodation is perfect because it is perfectly located for excursions. Thank you for a great time!
