Location & Getting Around

You know what’s brilliant about this spot? You’re close enough to Budva’s beaches and nightlife (maybe a 10-minute drive), but far enough away that you actually get some peace and quiet. I mean, couples absolutely love it here — and I can see why. The area feels residential and authentic, like you’re staying where locals might actually live. Plus, there’s parking right on site, which is honestly a godsend if you’re planning to explore Montenegro by car. Trust me, finding parking in central Budva during summer is a nightmare you’ll want to avoid. The convenient access to local attractions makes it an ideal base for your vacation.

The Room Experience

Here’s where this place really surprised me — the beds are genuinely fantastic. I’m usually pretty picky about mattresses when I travel, but I slept better here than I have at some much pricier hotels. The room itself was spotless and well-designed, with this nice balance of being modern but not sterile. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, from the lighting to the bathroom setup. It’s not fancy or over-the-top, but honestly, sometimes that’s exactly what you want after a long day of sightseeing. The comfortable accommodations ensure a restful night’s sleep.

  I came back to this location for the third time. Even though a few years have passed since the last visit, the owners and the place have remained unchanged. Kind people and a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Budva. We came with two children, to relax and enjoy the vacation. Even if the beach is not very close, for us it was not a problem. We traveled by car and stayed all day at the seaside. We were able to park the car in the yard, which was a plus for us. Most cases do not offer parking. We will definitely come back next year.

  We had a wonderful time. The hospitality was overwhelming. We were welcomed with a bowl of figs and a few days later with another bowl of figs and grapes. The accommodation was great, a bit far from Budva, but with a beautiful garden. If you have a car this accommodation is perfect because it is perfectly located for excursions. Thank you for a great time!
