Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to JK Suites – the name sounds pretty generic, you know? But walking into the lobby, I immediately got that “oh, this is different” feeling. There’s this understated elegance that hits you right away, nothing flashy or trying too hard, just really thoughtful design choices that make you feel like you’re somewhere special. The front desk staff actually remembered my name by the second day, which doesn’t happen at most places.

What really won me over was how they’ve nailed the details that most hotels completely botch. The rooms are genuinely quiet – I mean, I’m talking about that rare kind of hotel silence where you can actually sleep past 7 AM without hearing housekeeping carts rattling down the hallway. The beds are ridiculously comfortable (I’m pretty sure I spent way too much time trying to figure out what kind of pillows they use), and the shower pressure is exactly what you hope for after a long day of exploring. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire building, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many four-star places can’t get that right. I was working from my room one morning and didn’t have a single connection issue.

The location turned out to be one of those happy surprises where you’re close enough to everything that matters but tucked away from the tourist chaos. You can walk to some genuinely good local restaurants – the kind of places where you see families eating, not just hotel guests. Parking was straightforward too, which saved me from that usual city hotel stress of circling blocks looking for a spot. What impressed me most was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about making sure you had what you needed. When I mentioned I was looking for a good coffee shop nearby, the concierge didn’t just point me to the usual chain place – he actually walked outside with me and showed me this little spot two blocks over that locals use. That 9.5 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s the kind of place where small things are done really well, and somehow that adds up to something that feels pretty special. I’ve already recommended it to three different friends, which honestly says everything about how I feel about this place.

  New house, new apartment. good location, offer us private underground parking place, important for Budva. Small but you have all you need. clean, modern and up to date. Good price. Extra friendly and responsive owner. Good place to stay with family. We like it.

  Удобная квартира в современном доме, отличный душ, балкон со столиком для завтрака , кондиционер в каждой комнате , отдельное помещение прачечная/гладильная, наличие пляжных полотенец. Удобное месторасположение.
  
  What could be improved: Очень неудобный матрас, отсутствие средства для мытья посуды, кухонного полотенца, губки, салфетки для уборки стола, туалетной бумаги хотя бы одного рулона на приезд, а не сразу бежать в магазин. Тупые ножи, но это беда всех апартаментов.

  In der Küche findet man alles was man so an Geschirr braucht.
  Zum Strand sind es circa 5 – 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl im Haus.
  Es gab paar Probleme aufgrund kaputter Klimaanlage jedoch haben wir eine Lösung gefunden und konnten das Apartment wechseln. Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar.
  
  What could be improved: Man kann optional einen Parkplatz dazu buchen kostet pro Tag 15€.
