You know what? I almost walked right past the Korolev Apartment the first time I visited – it sits quietly above Seke market on Beogradska street, and honestly, that’s kind of perfect. While everyone’s scrambling for those flashy beachfront places that cost a fortune, this little gem gives you the real Budva experience without the tourist trap nonsense.

The location is actually brilliant once you figure out the neighborhood. Yeah, you’re not rolling out of bed onto the beach, but you’re in Lazi – which locals will tell you is where the authentic stuff happens. I mean, having Seke market literally downstairs means you can grab fresh produce, local cheese, and those amazing Montenegrin pastries for breakfast instead of paying hotel restaurant prices. The walk to the Old Town takes maybe fifteen minutes (I timed it), and you’ll pass actual neighborhood spots where people live and work, not just endless souvenir shops. Plus, parking around here doesn’t make you want to cry – try finding a spot near the main strip during summer and you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

What surprised me most was how quiet it gets at night. Sure, you’ll hear some street sounds during the day (it’s above a market, after all), but come evening, it’s genuinely peaceful. The apartment itself has that lived-in comfort that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms – Korolev clearly knows what travelers actually need. The kitchen setup means you can make proper coffee in the morning, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. I loved that the windows actually open wide (sounds basic, but you’d be shocked how many places seal you in with aggressive AC). The 8.5 rating makes total sense – it’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but everything works, it’s clean, and the price point is honest. During shoulder season especially, this place is a steal. My only heads up would be that the entrance is a bit tricky to spot initially, so screenshot the exact address and maybe call ahead for directions. But once you’re settled in? You’ll get why smart travelers book places like this instead of those cookie-cutter hotels everyone else fights over.

  Только что вернулась с отдыха в Черногории , где проживала месяц в данных апартаментах и в первую очередь хочу отметить порядочность, доброжелательность и отзывчивость принимающей стороны : как со стороны хозяйки , так и со стороны помощницы по хозяйству. Что касаемо апартаментов – в них было идеально все, начиная от панорамного вида на море и заканчивая полной комплектацией кухни, наличием всех бытовых принадлежностей ( для готовки, уборки и тд). Стиральная машина , телевизор со спутниковыми каналами , отличный большой холодильник, современная сплит система, спокойный тихий район , наличие огромного супермаркета в 5 минутах ходьбы. Чистые , просторные, уютные апартаменты , где я чувствовала себя как дома и куда я обязательно вернусь в следующий свой визит в эту замечательную страну .

  Останавливались на месяц. Понравилось всё: и общение в переписке с хозяйкой, и личное общения с администратором Мариной, и сами апартаменты, и вид из окна и с балкона, и расположение.

  Jól felszerelt apartman volt, szinte minden volt (még napernyő is a strandra). Kulturált, igényes hely.
  
  What could be improved: Parttól kicsit messzebb volt, de az sem volt vészes. Szoba mennyezete srég volt (lakás kialakítása miatt), így a végén figyelni kell hogy ne üsd be a fejed, de ez sem volt nagy hátrány.

  Очень чистая, уютная, просторная квартира, отдельная спальня с большой кроватью, зал с шикарными панорамными окнами, балконом и красивым видом из окна, большим телевизором и раскладным диваном, прихожая закрывается и там тоже есть раскладной диван!
  Рядом магазины и кафе есть, расположение отличное.

  Хорошая квартира за свои деньги. С прекрасным видом и прекрасной владелицей. Идти от моря немного в гору, но зато вследствие этого отличный вид из окон. Будва небольшая, мы везде ходили пешком. В 5 мин ходьбы большой супермаркет. Владелица апартаментов во всех наших просьбах шла навстречу.

  Есть абсолютно все, включаю посуду и все остальное,что нужно для проживания.
  
  What could be improved: Из минусов конечно далеко к морю,но этим и обоснована невысокая цена за проживание.Если не принципиально расположение прям близко к морю,то вполне достойный вариант за такие деньги.
