You know what struck me first about Lighthouse Apartments? It’s one of those places that doesn’t try too hard to impress you with fancy lobbies or marble everything, but somehow ends up being exactly what you didn’t know you needed. I mean, with a 9.5 rating, I was expecting something pretty decent, but honestly – this place just gets it right in all the ways that actually matter when you’re traveling.

The apartments themselves have this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake. The kitchens are properly equipped (like, you can actually cook a real meal, not just heat up instant noodles), and whoever designed these spaces clearly understood that travelers want to spread out a bit. I found myself using every corner of the place – the little dining nook became my workspace during the day, and the living area was perfect for just… existing without feeling cramped. The beds are solid too, which honestly can make or break a trip. There’s something about the way the light comes in during the morning that made me want to linger over coffee longer than usual. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in typical hotel accommodation, if that makes sense.

What really won me over, though, was how the staff seemed to anticipate things without being hovering or intrusive. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no endless upselling or complicated key card explanations. They actually gave useful local recommendations too, not just the tourist trap stuff. The building itself has this quiet efficiency about it; you’re not dealing with slamming doors or paper-thin walls like some apartment-style places. I noticed families seemed really comfortable here, probably because kids can be kids without that “don’t touch anything” hotel vibe. The whole place just works without any drama, which – let’s be honest – is exactly what you want when you’re trying to enjoy wherever you are instead of dealing with accommodation headaches. It’s the kind of spot where you end up staying longer than planned because leaving feels like more effort than just settling in for another few days.

Hotel in Budva booking should be done early, especially during summer season when the city hosts internationally popular music festivals and beach parties.

  I really enjoyed my staying at the Lighthouse apartment! The view from the balcony is so picturesque and tranquil. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and nice. Ana is the best host ever!!!   From the top of the mountain, the apartment has a stunning view of the sea. The terrace is large and very spacious. Private parking is available. The host was both welcoming and communicative.

  Ana is a fabulous host. The apartment is great value for money and the sea view was beautiful to wake upto each day.
  Free and good WiFi. Free parking onsite which gave us peace of mind for our vehicle. I would recommend car hire for this location.

  Good location, comfortable, nice apartment. There is nice restaurant in walking distance, the beach and a good supermarket is only a short drive. The hosts are beneficent fairies, invisible but they are always there when you need help.
